It was a great experience

Easy on and off the expressway with plenty of truck parking

Stayed here during a busy holiday weekend. Despite higher occupancy, service quality did not drop significantly. Housekeeping maintained consistency. The staff managed pressure well.

Let me say this is not a fake review! i stayed there feb 18th 2026 and this was my 2nd stay there. I am missing my left leg and arm and the employees there never once hesitated in helping me. I really appreciated their willingness to help. I needed my wheelchair while in my room and i had to have help getting it out of my suv when i checked in and putting it back when i checked out the next day. Thank You! I may be back this spring!

I was on the 3rd floor wich I heard was one of the better ones, I also spent a lot of time in 4 of my friends room wich were on the 1rst and 2nd floors and they were lovely👍🏾 The hotel is an hour from Chicago and is in a nice area with plenty of food options 5☆ also the bad reviews had me spooked but they were all untrue. There was a leak from my bathrooms Cieling wich filled the bathroom an inch with water and continued till the person upstairs stopped thier shower😭😂 but other than that is was a great Experience

"I am very disappointed with booking this hotel; everything that was said online about this hotel is not correct. The customer service is poor. I called and reported that the light didn’t work right when I checked in, and they didn’t care. They didn’t even say they would send someone or anything. Secondly, the WiFi doesn’t work, and their favorite response is that I am the first person to complain about this. There’s no phrase like, 'Let me see what I can do.' I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. I hope the owners make some changes here."

I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. The hotel is located in a sketchy part of town, which immediately made us uneasy. The night we arrived, a man snuck into the hotel and was watching porn on the hotel computer, which resulted in the police being called. Throughout our stay, I did not feel safe due to several concerning encounters. There were people wandering the hallways, and at one point a man hid behind a wall and watched me as I walked to the ice machine, which was extremely unsettling. The gym is located down a cold, unheated hallway and is hidden in a secluded area. The door is not see-through, and if someone were to enter while you were inside, no one would know — this raised serious safety concerns for me. Cleanliness was also an issue. The room, especially the bathroom, was not clean. Breakfast options were very limited and not good. Overall, this was an uncomfortable and disappointing stay, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
