Hilton Knoxville

Had AAU nationals. We chose this hotel because our kids and our friends kids love swimming. When it was time to head out, they announce on their website that the pool is closed for maintenance. Very disappointing... then one night we get back to the hotel, there's a line to get into the elevators. None of them are moving. We find out that they're down and people are stuck in all three. We ended up having to take the stairs. One friend was on the top floor and another had to take the stairs their entire stay due to her 6 year being afraid of getting stuck in the elevator. The food at the restaurant there was very expensive. End of our stay, our credit card was charged more than what our bill stated. Currently waiting to hear back from corporate. On a good note. The beds were comfortable.

Everything was wonderful with our stay. Spencer with the valet service went over and above to help us for the week of our stay. If not for him, things would have been way more difficult for us! Thank you again Spencer!!

Clean rooms, friendly staff....the location is great so many things close by.

We stayed here during nationals gymnastics. Knoxville is quite different than home, so we appreciated how everyone at the Hilton made our life easier those couple days. The front desk crew was kind and patient- answering all our questions and concerns. Hospitality crew was awesome- quickly getting us extra towels and sheets when we asked. And Spencer and his valet crew were great! They also made my kids feel special with engaging conversation while we waited for our car. They made valet parking so easy and stress free. Thank you all! The ONLY “complaint”- the pool was closed for maintenance the whole time we were there. Totally understandable- but my kids were disappointed. And the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review overall.
