We stayed from 6/12-6/14. When we arrived Friday night we had our son ask the front desk for extra towels and he was informed they were out. I had to run to my truck so I confirmed with the front desk. The young girl at the desk hardly looked up from her phone when speaking. I asked "Are yall really out of towels" she said "Yes everyone else took them", I asked "When do you expect more towels?", she replied "In the morning when housekeeping gets here". I said "Are you fully booked and how do you expect 4 people to shower with 2 towels in a suite", she replied with "You can take that up with housekeeping tomorrow". She was quite rude with her inflection, barely looked up from her phone, and had no care in the world. The next night when we returned Neil was at the desk and we asked about towels. He was incredibly understanding and asked us to return the dirty yields and he would get us 4 more. Neil was incredibly understanding and a stark difference from the first girl. I still find it unacceptable that a hotel doesn't have enough clean towels to stock a hotel that's not fully booked.

The staff, alone, make this place 5 stars!! Neil and AP are freaking AMAAAZIINNGGG!!! They absolutely take care of you and make sure your stay here is amazing! They have been so accommodating throughout everything! There is literally no problem that they can’t solve!! I wish all hotel staff were like them!! I never got to meet Kim, but she was very helpful and accommodating with our reservation, so a big shoutout to her for being willing to help! The hotel was pretty clean! They have both smoking and nonsmoking rooms and the location is crazy convenient!! There’s literally SO much nearby!! They even have a guest laundromat downstairs with extremely reasonable pricing! I was able to wash and dry a load of clothes for cheaper than just washing the same load at a laundromat!! I recommend this place for sure and I would definitely be back the next time I’m in town! I’m getting one of those cool balcony rooms the next time I’m in town! 😃

Tired day, but Neil was very kind and friendly. He had a smile and acted happy to be of service. I asked about a balcony room, he had already accommodated that, it's like he read my mind. The room was good, except the edges of shower looked dirty. The microwave wasn't clean on inside. Other than that and the fridge didn't seem cold, although it was on coldest already. It just may need coolant. Everything else looked great. I know it's about much, but a ceiling fan on balcony would help with heat from a/c blowing. ( Maybe a fan light where the light is)

Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming smile. NEIL, whom I had already spoken to prior to arrival, answered all my questions and helped make the accommodations I needed. NEIL IS AMAZING.
