Knox Pride Community & Resource Center

Knox Pride runs East Tennessee's flagship LGBTQ+ community and resource center, located on Chapman Highway in South Knoxville. Operated by the East Tennessee Equality Council (founded 2006), the center is the organizing force behind Knox Pride Fest and functions year-round as a hub for the region's queer community. It houses a food pantry and the adjoining Thriftique thrift store, offers resource referrals and meeting space, and hosts regular programming such as the Rainbow Teen Social Club, support groups, and bingo nights. The center is typically open Monday through Saturday and welcomes both locals and visitors looking to connect with Knoxville's LGBTQ+ life.
