October 2,25 checked in, middle of the night felt something biting. October 3, woke up swollen marks to arms, hands,face and back of neck, moved to different room. October 4 woke up to large bug flying around in New room. Contacted front desk, housekeeping was sent to kill bug because it was near ceiling of the wall. After all this reports were taken, was informed a test for bed bugs would take place. I went to front desk, was given contact information for Manager on duty. Went to Urgent care was told marks look like bed bug bites. Upon returning home called left numerous of messages, no return callsThis is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Nice rooms, fees and rates too high, no veteran perks, no free parking even if you got a room there.

The service is bad, but the hotel is amazing with a beautiful view to the sphere or the boulevard.

Amazing experience, if you look closer you can tell time has passed. But you get what you paid. The elevators are old, shaky and they took valuable time of your stay. I chose the automated process to check in and out, for me it was good but for people who is tecnologicly challenged may be a problem.

Location is the horseshoe's best asset. Rooms are great, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, mini fridge, but smoke smell in the casino seems more prominent than others. There are no great value hotels on the strip with parking and resort fees but at least this one is resonable.

Located on the Las Vegas Strip, this is a great option as it was recently renovated. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need for a good night's sleep. Excellent value for money.

The room was very spacious, and the location was excellent. It is close to the Strip, Paris Las Vegas, the Bellagio fountains, and the O by Cirque du Soleil theater (about an 11-minute walk). This hotel shares a parking garage with Paris Las Vegas. At first, the parking system felt a bit confusing, but it was actually quite easy to navigate as long as you didn’t get lost on the casino floor. Better signage directing guests to the garage would have been helpful. The hotel charges a $20 parking fee and a $45 resort fee, which is fairly standard in Las Vegas, even if you don’t use the pool. I didn’t look into the details, but there appeared to be additional charges for certain pool amenities or services. Guests planning to use the pool may want to check the costs in advance. The receptionist was very kind, and the self-service kiosk allows guests to obtain their room keys without waiting in line at the front desk. For parking, you receive a ticket when entering the garage, but you can link it to your room and use your room key instead of a credit card when exiting. You can also check out online and pay any remaining charges electronically, which makes the process very convenient. There is no tea kettle or coffee maker in the room, which was inconvenient for me. Just something to be aware of when booking.
