Stayed here this May 2026, when we arrived we did self check in, but couldnt get checked in properly, so had to go to the desks. Quick check in, got to our room, it was clean and tidy, had a view of the sphere which would of been nice but the windows were really dirty, didnt affect our stay. Was disappointed the pool wasn't open till Friday, so had to use the Paris pool the first few days. Friday came and they decided as the weather was exceptionally hot for early May, they would keep the pool open all week. This was amazing as the Paris pool is in shade and feels claustrophobic with the buildings around, but the Horshoe pool is amazing, sun right from early on till we left late evening. I think they need to keep the pool open all week permanently, as the pool is an asset, as it's very open and not surrounded by buildings. Casino area fine, I didnt find our rooms to be smoky like other reviews, yes it was a bit smoky down in the casino, but never made your clothes smell and wasn't overwhelming. Some days better than other with drink service to the machines, but when they were quick it made you want to stay and play. Had to leave a couple of times and go to a different hotel, as had waited nearly an hr for drink service. That's one thing I think they could improve on. I know they have service buttons on the machines, maybe I should of pressed them to ask for a drink, but dont think that's what they are there for?? Overall had a wonderful stay at this hotel, service was quick to the rooms, we asked for more towels as there was 4 in our room, it was brought to the room within 5 minutes!! One problem I feel needs fixing is security, as anyone could go in the elevators and press any floor, you didnt need your key to access the elevators. Other hotels I have stayed in, you have to use your room key to get to your floor, here anyone could use them!! So feel this needs to be sorted. Carpets in the hallways I feel need changing, as by every room there is bleach stains on the carpets from the cleaners, the carpet does let the overall look of the hotel down, but everything else was amazing, I would stay here again
