Such a lovely hotel with amazing hospitality and staff. Stayed here while attending a match at Hill Dickinson and it was the perfect location (though not super central to Liverpool). Massive shoutout to Terry I believe, who made us room service sandwiches in the evening and was so incredibly kind and lovely. Plus the sandwiches were incredible! So much love x

An interesting hotel in old warehouse on Stanley dock. Rooms amazing size.Restaurant just OK.Location off the beaten track.Long walk to city center or Uber for 10 pounds.Too far out for me unless I wanted to see Everton play !

Asked for a good room, as it was a special occasion, unfortunately we were given the smallest room on the floor (201). Woken early each day around 6.30! by the sound of laundry trolleys being load in to a truck, lots of banging etc. Room looking a bit tired, contact film on the furniture does not work if you are trying to fix up the rooms. Shower poor and dated. A few more options in the fridge would be appreciated. Rang the spa to book services, no answer. Left a message asking for a call back, no one replied. Later asked at reception was told they can’t help, we have to go down to spa reception ourselves, but by now they were closed. Went the next day, no treatments available, so we just paid to use the facilities, however the foot spa not working, steam room turned off, had to ask where to even get a water, the herbal tea candle warmer had gone out and the tea was cold. Also none of the treatment rooms were being used, so the reason we couldn’t get a massage was not because they were too busy. We went elsewhere for a massage later. Breakfast not really good enough for a high-end hotel. I also think it’s a bit rich to charge access fees for people already paying over the odds for the hotel room. The same for parking fees for guests. Paid over £900 for three nights, so it seems very much price gouging to charge more for spa entry and parking. Also why couldn’t we put dinner, drinks, spa, etc on our room account? Having to pay each time is a bit draconian. Also a bit tough when you arrive in Your room and see adverts for specials at £125 a night or £195 with breakfast and a three course meal. Of course it made me look like a cheapskate when I had actually paid over £300 per night for just the room and breakfast! It makes me feel a little bit more unhappy considering I booked direct to avoid the hotel paying fees to online booking companies. I did email them the above information and got plenty of apologies but no real effort to address the situation, just lots of taking your comments on board type replies.
