Nice facility. A little dated but very solid and clean. Superior service and staff make up for it. Location is convenient but a little noisy.

Bath, shower were poor. Breakfast offerings poor. Rooms acceptable. Tv limited. Front desk spotty.

No issues, we were there for a dance competition. Elevators were fine, just had to get used to security details... You can't go up any higher than the floor that you are staying at.

Did now use room service. Be careful with the garage parking to exit... tricky usage to leave the parking garage if you had parking included with your stay. We got stuck leaving & had to use credit card to leave& need to call service is garage company to get reimbursed

This hotel charges $20 a night to park but makes you park at a super shady spot on the next block. I had to pull my bags a block through the rain for my $20. The room smelled terrible with old furniture. Save your money and go to Super 8.

I reallly enjoyed my stay here for work. I travel for work a few times a year and I really lucked out when I booked here for the NELMS Conference. I was so impressed with how friendly and accommodating the staff were. Every time I crossed paths with a staff member they smiled and inquired. The front desk was frequently busy and when I would go to buy a snack they worked through the line quickly so I never had to wait long. I enjoyed that Starbucks was close by. We also walked to a Greek restaurant which was amazing and served a group of 12 of us. We also ate once at the tavern in the hotel and enjoyed drinks at the white lion nearby. My room was comfortable and had everything that I needed. I thought the quality and value for the price was very good, better than expected. I also enjoyed that it was a short 10-15 minute walk to the MGM Casino.
