Fire front desk crazy lady. She didn’t refund my $50 deposit & room charge when she wouldn’t let me check in. She called the cops because I kept pointing out how dirty the hotel is so she charged me $200but prevented me from using the hotel. Thieves. Rooms have dirty bathtub.

The worst place ever, the room was smelling like dog, the smell was terrible, there were dog feces(poop) in the rug when you first walk into the room, next to the dresser it was also dog poop 3 dots. The bathroom toilet was not clean with feces inside the toilet. The towel was black dirty and the towel was supposed to be white also had hair in it. The rugs were black from dirt. The towel also had lipstick stain red on it. I went to the front desk has soon I check in and checked the room to let her know and all she say was that they were completely booked that normally they switch rooms but they did not had anything. I told her are their anyone here from cleaning and she say no. I ask her for the manager to speak to and she say it was no one there only her and hand me the card with the name on it and the number was the actual hotel number it was no direct line to speak to anyone, only option available was the front desk and another option. I try to call and make a complaint and they gave me a 1800 number to make the complaint. They front desk lady was unfriendly, mean, and did not even offer me to refund me my money to go else where. I told her so that means I have to stay in a dirty room with really bad dog smell and dog feces and she say there is no other option. I was very disappointed I paid 100+ per night for this hotel. The pictures shown online are not the same when you go in the room. The cleaning lady that I saw around had a dirty swifter, did not even had a vacuum cleaners for the rugs. The hotel should of at least refund me the money to go else where, but I did not had any other options only to stay there not to lose my money spend almost 500$. The hotel says online 2.5 starts and is the worst place ever. Last year I stood in a different place with 2 starts and was way cheaper and cleaner than this place. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies, wipes and Lysol. I called the front desk and the lady answer and hang up the phone on my face twice. When I went to the front desk she told me she was the only one there. Very disappointed of this place. Spend my money in the worst hotel ever, dirty place, they should not permit animals if the cleaning people can’t clean. The door paint was falling a part when you first walk in. The bathtub was not clean properly I had to use towels inside the shower to be able to shower. I never took my sandals off since the floor were black from dirt. They should closed this place down. Awful service. I which I would of known I would have stay in the same place I went last year for cheaper price and better service. I was very upset and disappointed never ever again will stay in a cheap hotel. I wish I could put 0 starts.

Room was large enough. No cleaning room service during 3 day stay. Had to take out my trash since it was never picked up. Entrance is easy to miss. No breakfast, either continental or otherwise. Coffee was limited to a few hours.

For the price, fantastic. Very friendly and helpful lobby staff!

The rooms all smelled like cigarettes and dogs. There was literally urine and dog hair on the bed. They offered to switch my room, but I ended up switching twice - total of three rooms and all of them were dirty and smelled horrible. It's crazy that they have signs everywhere saying the property is 100% smoke-free, yet people were smoking all over the property. I even saw someone open their door and walk out with a cigarette already in their mouth. This place is definitely not smoke-free. I couldn't even stay here. After trying three different rooms, I ended up booking an Airbnb instead. After a long day of travel, it was incredibly disappointing, especially since I only came into town because of my mother's death. Horrible, horrible experience. I will say, though, the guy at the front desk was nice and deserves to work for a better hotel. They honestly need to shut this place down. It's a motel this isn't a 3 star hotel. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! I didn't even stay here and they still would've give me a refund!!

Room was filthy. Sheets with large yellow stains. Carpets under the bed filthy, dresser drawers dirty.
