Francis was so great and the chilaquiles were delightful! I only wish they had Cholula but Tabasco is acceptable

Food was excellent. Service was awful. We had to find staff to bring us refills (water) and we never offered if we wanted to order another capp which we definitely would have. Overall meh.

“I went to this place for breakfast, and overall it was okay. The service was a little slow, but I still decided to come back the next day. I arrived around 7:45 a.m. The place was open, and two staff members even greeted me. I explained that I wanted to have breakfast because I had a tour scheduled with my children. They told me, ‘Yes, no problem, your waiter is coming.’ The waiter finally came around 7:55 a.m. and told me they were actually closed and would not open until 8:00 a.m. I honestly don’t understand this. If breakfast service doesn’t start until 8:00 a.m., why didn’t the first two employees simply tell me that when I arrived? Instead, they had me sit and wait, only to tell me five minutes before opening that they were closed. It gave me the impression that they were not interested in serving customers. Unfortunately, this seems to be a staff training and communication issue. A simple explanation when I arrived would have made a completely different impression.”
