Monday, August 10, 2026. I had a lab appointment at 8:46 a.m. I arrived on time, and by 9:50 a.m., after waiting for more than an hour, no one had seen me or given me an explanation. I had to leave without being able to get my tests done. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time. The same thing happens every time I come. Healthcare professionals have a responsibility to respect their patients' time and maintain organized and punctual service. We patients also work, take time off, and organize our days to attend appointments that we expect to be honored. After experiencing this situation repeatedly, it's difficult to trust the organization of this clinic. I sincerely hope that the administration reflects on this and takes steps to provide the care, respect, and punctuality that all patients deserve. August 10, 2026. I eventually had to leave without having my lab work done. Unfortunately, this is not the first time. Every time I come to this clinic, it is the same issue. Healthcare professionals have a responsibility to respect their patients' time. Punctuality, organization, and professionalism are fundamental values ​​in healthcare, because patients depend on timely care and trust the people responsible for it. Patients have jobs and responsibilities, too. We arrange our schedules, take time off, and show up on time expecting the same respect in return. When a clinic continually fails to respect scheduled appointments and offers little to no communication, it damages trust. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves scheduling, communication, and respect for patients’ time.

I know you all manage an incredibly demanding workload with countless tasks, assignments, and clients, yet you continue to serve our community with professionalism, compassion, and dedication. I have been in therapy for almost two years and I couldn’t be more grateful to have met Robinson Hernandez he has been amazing and has helped me tons with my mental health, he is so caring and understanding like I’ve tried therapists before but he really made me feel like he wants to help and support me it was so easy for me to open up since we first met so my experience with him personally has been wonderful. Also the medical staff, nurses and front desk are all so sweet and helpful it is honestly an awesome place for your medical needs they have everything you could possibly need when it comes to your health and the location is beautiful with plenty of parking so my experience with this place has been unforgettable and I hope that if you were looking for these kind of services my review helps you make the decision and go check them out I promise you they are the best choice !!!

Scheduled appoints don’t get seen until 2 hours later

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the extraordinary Housing team at Care Resource for the incredibly humane, professional, and tireless support they provided me during one of the most difficult times of my life. After facing a very complicated situation with an abusive landlord, I was at risk of becoming homeless along with my four children. Amidst so much uncertainty and anguish, the Housing team was by my side every step of the way, restoring my peace of mind and hope. I want to especially acknowledge Francisco Gómez, the program director, for his leadership, commitment, and compassion, as well as my case managers, Jennifer Tapia and Yuliet Delgado, who were much more than just professionals: they supported me with patience, empathy, and dedication. They helped me find a new home, coordinated everything related to the move, maintained communication with the new owners when necessary, and attended to every detail so that my family could make this transition as safely and with dignity as possible. Beyond the material assistance, I received emotional support, constant guidance, and the peace of mind of knowing I was not alone. In the moments when I felt like everything was falling apart, they made me feel heard, respected, and supported. Thanks to this wonderful team, my family now has a new home and the opportunity to begin a new chapter with hope. I will never forget everything they did for us.
