Great location, no food being served now. They had nuts and Mediterranean olives, barely a hand full for $16?
We’ve stayed here for many years. It’s convenient and the staff is very helpful. The backyard is beautifully landscaped. The cleaning of the rooms is done daily and the staff is diligent. On our most recent visit, the hotel seemed like it could use some help. They’ve stopped serving food and snacks at the inside and outside bar. There seems to be an Omakase restaurant opening soon inside the hotel . The room we had needed a serious vent cleaning and a paint job. The light bulb in both the bathroom mirror and the vanity area haven’t been changed in a year both are still not functional. I was in the same room a year ago. If you’re wondering why this review seems so nitpicky, it’s because this hotel is expensive. They’ve also been charging an extra “amenities fee” for services that we never informed were available such as bike rentals, usage of a local gym and “ free” parking (which, actually used to be free). There are many options for places to stay iin and around Lambertville / New Hope. We’ve tried many, this one wins for convenience- but it needs some TLC, more transparency re: fees and options for dining or snacks at the bar.
Had a wonderful stay here during the second weekend of Pride 🏳️🌈. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Rates were a little higher because of the busy holiday weekend, but the experience definitely made it worthwhile. The location is excellent, with a fantastic Thai restaurant right on the same block and plenty of other restaurants and shops within walking distance. It’s also conveniently located just across the bridge from New Hope, where you can enjoy a vibrant main strip and an impressive food scene. While visiting with family and friends, we also took advantage of the scenic bike trails along the river. I didn’t bring my own bike, but there was a nearby rental shop with very reasonable prices. We rented bikes for a half day, which gave us more than enough time to explore the trails. We ended up riding all the way to Stockton and back, which made for a really enjoyable outing.
I had a wonderful stay at the lambertville house. The hotel has a lot of charm and is close to the nearby restaurants and shops. There is a parking lot to park your vehicle while you stay.
They were fantastic. It's always the customer service that gets the ratings for me.
