The location is fantastic. The carpets and wallpaper in the rooms are old and need renovation. However, the beds are comfortable. The cleanliness is very good. The views from the upper floors are beautiful. They provide free bottled water throughout the day.

Perfect hotel for walking around Manhattan 30-50 minutes from Wall Street, the High Line, Soho, Little Italy, Chinatown, the Brooklyn Bridge, the Flatiron Building, etc. Highly recommended

This place is bad. This was the first time in my life I had to ask for a refund and to find another hotel. It was terrible and should not be open as a hotel. The rooms are disgusting. Wifi didnt work, the place is falling apart. I feel very sorry for the poor staff who have to deal with this place. The room keys dont even work. The only Plus is the staff, who are very helpful and the location.
