The location of the hotel was great! Soon as I checked in.. I went to my room.. pulled the sheets back to spray them and I noticed a big stain on the sheets.. the toilet wasn't clean.. I did notify front desk and they had someone to come change the sheets and clean the toilet..and the faucet in the tub dripped all night.. I reached out to front desk..nothing was done.

The only reason why I booked this room is because it was at a reasonable price . Although it was 47 minutes from my son all American game in VA beach . Room service doesn’t come in your room at all during your stay, trash piling up . Water leaks from window seals when airs on . Pool was only open for one day during memorial weekend cause of it being dirty and was told that I could go to another location to get a pool either my 4 small children .location is very outdated

Dont stay here too long unless you want bed bugs. Waited 4 days for staff to clean our room and then complained to front desk they only remade the bes with the same dirty sheets. Also you want a shower fear no more you get mold with your shower curtains included. Pricing is also expensive. $15 for breakfast, $6 for laundry. The only plus side is the decent gym and the free ice machines.

I was not at all impressed with the room. It was not very clean we found cookies in the window up on arrival. The curtains were dirty. I don't recall them stated l needed to pay $100 deposit that l will get back 5-7 days after l check out. The front desk clerk was not friendly she never looked up to greet me She asked for my name and looked at the computer the entire time. I was charged $3 for bottled waters that were left in the room that l didn't ask for and it was 2 of them and l am a Hilton honors member. I was very disappointed
