While I can’t directly reply to the owner, it’s wild that you’re trying to lecture me about “semantics” when I was the sober patron at the bar watching this chaos unfold in real time. I was the one who had to tell your security guard to step in and do something while people were literally fighting the bartender. As someone who has bartended for years, let me be very clear: the last thing a bartender should be doing is coming out from behind the bar to physically engage in a fight. That is reckless, unprofessional, and dangerous. And your security guard? Completely useless. What’s even more concerning is that instead of taking accountability for the disaster that happened in your bar, you’re dodging the fact that I was fraudulently charged. You still have not addressed why money was taken from my account after It was acknowledged that was not my tab and it was reversed and charged again later. Honestly, if the bartender had been bartending and the security guard had been doing security, maybe none of this would have happened Run me My Money . I normally would not write something like this, but what happened tonight was serious and extremely concerning. I arrived at the bar around 10:15 PM because my house was too hot. There were only nine people in the bar, including me. Four of them were a group sitting near me. Two of the women in that group were barefoot, and they were clearly intoxicated. They were asking the bartender for more shots, and I heard him tell them, “I feel like you don’t need any more shots.” At that point, I had just ordered my drink, a margarita with Tajín, and was still waiting for it. By the time my drink was placed in front of me, the bartender was on the other side of the bar physically fighting one of the patrons from that group. One of the women, who had been barefoot and appeared intoxicated, was acting as the aggressor. She was hitting another woman. A man stepped in to protect his girlfriend, and instead of de-escalating the situation, the bartender physically engaged and appeared to be choking the male patron. It was shocking to witness. What was even more concerning was that the security guard was essentially useless. He came out and stood by watching the bartender get involved physically while the situation escalated. The aggressor was allowed to continue moving around the bar, even going back to use the restroom, while the man who was defending his girlfriend was being physically restrained. There was no effective attempt to manage or control the situation appropriately. On top of all of this, there was confusion about my card. At one point it could not be found, and then I was told I might be charged for multiple drinks associated with the group that was fighting, even though I had just arrived and only ordered one drink. This entire situation was handled inappropriately and unprofessionally. I have never experienced anything like this before. The security guard was confrontational toward me, despite the fact that I had nothing to do with the altercation, while doing nothing meaningful to address the actual fight. This was unacceptable. The handling of the fight, the physical aggression by the bartender, and the lack of effective security response were all deeply concerning. Update I now have to dispute a charge that never should have been on my card in the first place. This place somehow managed to turn an already awful experience into an even bigger mess by fraudulently charging me $52.92 after everything that happened. I am beyond irritated. At this point, if I have to press charges against the bartender for charging my card without authorization, I will absolutely do it. The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism here is unreal. Not only was I subjected to chaos, but now I’m wasting my time cleaning up a problem THEY created. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being overcharged, disrespected, and dragged into nonsense you didn’t sign up for.

Short version: I would not recommend this place. Security was ineffective (nowhere to be found when a fight broke out and unable to control it once they showed up), and the staff showed a complete lack of professionalism. Most concerning, the bartender/manager physically choked a patron who was trying to protect his fiancée from an aggressor. Completely unacceptable. Full review: We arrived a little after 10 PM to a fairly empty bar. No one greeted us. We sat ourselves and waited about 10–15 minutes with multiple staff making eye contact but never acknowledging us. Eventually, my spouse had to go to the bar just to order. No apology, no communication. The service alone was already disappointing. About five minutes into having our drinks, a fight suddenly broke out between two women. One was clearly the aggressor, repeatedly attacking the other woman. The woman’s fiancé stepped in to separate them and called to the bartender for help. Instead of assessing the situation, the bartender came from behind the bar and immediately confronted the fiancé as if he were the problem. While this was happening, the actual aggressor continued attacking both the fiancé and the other woman. The situation escalated further when the bartender/manager physically put the fiancé in a chokehold. Let that sink in — the only person trying to de-escalate and protect someone was restrained by staff, while the actual aggressor was still actively hitting people. Security was not present during the initial incident and only appeared later, also focusing on the wrong individuals. Multiple patrons had to shout to redirect attention to the actual aggressor. The aggressor ultimately left before police arrived. At no point did staff attempt to properly de-escalate the situation. Their response made things worse and created a serious safety concern for everyone in the bar. Between the lack of basic customer service and the dangerous, unprofessional handling of a violent situation, I will never return. If you value your safety, I would strongly reconsider going here.

Fluid510 is a great special event venue! My daughter had her wedding there and it was wonderful. Fluid510 is a blank slate. You can dress it up or dress it down depending on what you want. The owners are extremely helpful, flexible, and creative. Weddings are stressful, yet the crew at Fluid510 was fantastic the day of the wedding! They took good care of everyone; they were kind and generous and attentive. They made sure every detail was right. The food was customized for our event and our guests loved it and a great time was had by everyone. Thank you Fluid510!!

Amazing place, excellent staff

Had a great time for brunch at Fluid510! Our server Lay was super kind, sweet, and fun to talk to and the team was accommodating to our last minute reservation changes we made. We enjoyed the Steak Sandwich, Classic Breakfast, and Kale Salad with Pork Belly. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles and it was okay, not much flavor so I added Tabasco which made it better. Definitely recommend the Bottomless Mimosa as well, the drinks were great especially for the price! Thanks again to Lay for your amazing service.
