I called the front desk to ask a few questions about the property. While I was speaking, the employee hung up on me before my questions were answered. I understand staff can be busy, but the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I was disappointed with the customer service.

The included breakfast is cereal with spoiled milk and a piece of stale toast. Do not recommend.

HUGE NO! Don't waste $70 and spend it somewhere nicer..(i was only able to get 1 picture as my mind was busy booking somewhere else ) this place from the parking alone was bad.... trash everywhere , the hallway was where I just wanted to go sleep in the car .. walking in you immediately get the cigarette sting in your throat its very very bad I didn't feel safe. the room I was assigned was next to the emergency exit door that would not close.. I could just hear people coming in and out and the train was feet away... the doors were old and door knob was almost broken I had to secure it with a chair on a corner >.< I did not do any research when choosing this place.. it was a spare of the moment , never again!! The place was falling apart.. I probably slept 3 hours I paid for 2 nights but checked out not even before 7am with no refund ... avoid this place if possible 😨
