I'm staying in the hotel right now and asked for towels and toilet paper. Its been two hours, still waiting. Never experienced such bad guest service ever. If anyone books this hotel please get your own towels and toilet paper. The shuttle to and from the airport is also shut down. The shuttle service is one of the reasons i booked the hotel, very very disappointed.

this is a catfish hotel DO NOT STAY HERE! i already knew the area was bad in general but didnt expect the hotel to be as well it doesnt look like the pictures!! as soon as i walked in the lobby to check in at 3pm it was dark gloomy the walls were stained the carpet was extremely dirty there was swarms of flies and it reeked of weed and cigarettes. the lady at the front desk was rude and the front desk had a bullet proof window. i stayed on the fifth floor which was just as dirty the room smelled weird kind of like feet and cigarette. the carpet was also dirty the walls were still stained the chairs and tables were stained and dirty too. the fridge didnt work there was only a half uses toilet paper roll and barely any towels overall just extremely filthy! there were also bums and homeless people just hanging out and smoking weed in the lobby i felt totally unsafe the entire night! the guy at the front desk also had a ski mask on? i didnt even get a full nights sleep i checked out at 5 am just to get out of there.

Hotel rooms smell like cigarette smoke and pot. Broken windows. Disgusting carpeting. Literally a swarm of flies in the lobby. I only booked this hotel because it had a free shuttle. Very old sign in the lobby that says not shuttle service, I asked when it would be operational....she said not anytime soon.

The hotel is dirty and gross. There's trash in the hallways and the elevator floor looks gross! The rooms are a good size but doesn't look like it's had any upkeep. I was scared to even sleep on the bed with how dirty the hotel was (in fear of bed bugs). The staff weren't helpful and were on the phone with their partners gossiping about "tea" instead of assisting guests. The rooms didn't even have an adequate amount of towels. I was supposed to stay 3 nights but immediately checked out the next day. Worst 3 - Star hotel I've ever seen. I've stayed in motels that are cleaner.

As a cheap hotel you are likely not expecting much. But are you expecting a dump? Because this is what this place is. First of all. Everything is filthy. Rooms. No one changed beddings. Someone just made the bed. I had to run out to there. Don't stay there unless you are desperate.

So many health and safety code violations, not even funny. Lower floors are used to house homeless people. You will likely get placed on the 6th floor. When I arrived there was a drug user parked right in the front and the hotel said nothing. This hotel would be a great place to film those type of movies looking for a run down hotel. Please don't bring your kids here.
