I really enjoyed the view outside my room. I also enjoyed the pressure from the water when I took my showers.

Overpriced. Hard to find as the sign is blocked by a bush/tree. The elevator above the lobby goes to the 2nd floor, there are 4 floors. You have to walk to the other side of the bldg to get to the elevator that takes you to all floors.

I was very disappointed with my experience. Before arriving, I was told that I could place a credit card on file for incidentals and still pay my stay in cash upon arrival. However, when I checked in, I was informed that a credit card was required and that I could not complete my stay without one. This was completely different from what I had been told beforehand. Had I known the actual policy, I would have made a different decision before traveling there. Instead, I felt pressured into a situation that affected the budget we had carefully planned for our trip. The issue was not the policy itself, but the inconsistency between what was communicated before arrival and what was required at check-in. To make matters more frustrating, the front desk explained that reservations are handled by a separate company and that the contact information listed online does not communicate directly with the property. This left me feeling like there was no accountability for the misinformation I received. Additionally, the exterior of the building appeared to need maintenance. There was visible rust around several window areas, which gave the property a worn and neglected appearance. Clear and accurate communication is one of the most important parts of customer service. Unfortunately, the conflicting information, lack of accountability, and disappointing first impression made for an unpleasant arrival experience. I hope management reviews these concerns and works toward improving transparency for future guests.
