Dirty, leaky sink, smoky smell, loud heater, loud fan, filthy jacuzzi. Comfirtable clean bed. Great view. Don't bother.

The room was nice, nothing special though, kinda blandly decorated. The fridge shelves are clear glass and they had a white film on the top and bottom so I had to clean the fridge before using it. The corners in the bathroom and around the room were dirty. The fan in the bathroom emitted heat, and I could not turn off the heat feature to just use a fan. The view was gorgeous! The pool was really pretty, you had a panoramic view of the ocean from the pool. I really wish there was a hot tub because getting out of the pool and walking back to the room was soooo cold! The towels they provide are TINY so there was no way to really cover up before walking back to the room. Also, when I asked for pool towels for my party of 4, they could only give me 2, unhelpful. I asked for more towels for my room because the room only had 2 towels and 1 rag and I had 4 people, they did give me 2 towels and 1 rag but were very strange about doing so. We went to the pool at around 10:45 am because my son really wanted to "morning swim" and I walked down to check out at 11 & they said it was fine if we enjoyed the pool a little longer. Most rooms i've stayed in came with a couple bottles of water but this one did not. There were no ice machines or vending machines of any kind around the place. Great location, you can walk to the beach. Very very pretty views all around the property. My son especially liked how the hotel looked like a castle. Pillows were comfy but the comforter was so thin and kinda small, basically only enough to cover one person comfortably. The t.v had features to use apps like Netflix and Youtube but the tv did not connect to internet so we could not even use the apps. Overall I would say the room itself was boring & the cleanliness could definitely be improved on, the pool was gorgeous because of the view-basically making the whole stay worth it. Oh and p.s. the office had a cool coffee/espresso/cappuccino/latte/hot chocolate maker that my whole family really enjoyed.

Great place. Cold outside but warm up with Jacuzzi in each room. Patio. Comfortable and clean and great price. Close to Safeway and dining and across the street from beach. Very nice

This place has so much potential. We stayed here for 2 nights. It was our 41st anniversary. Unfortunately this place is terribly run down. Not very clean. Phone doesn't work to call front desk. Loud people upstairs just walking around. We requested a top floor but was not accommodated. Curtains hanging improperly. Stains on the furniture. Total lack of maintenence is sad. I could go on, but you get the point. That view though

Unfortunately I didnt listen to any of the bad reviews. The parking is non existent compared to how many rooms they have, the pool is cool but is tiny. The room was DIRTY... there was dog hair and crumbs in every drawer and in between the mattress and bed frame. There was what looked to be dead bugs also.
