Extremely disappointing experience. We checked in late in the evening and later discovered that the shower in our room did not work at all. By that time, there were no employees available on site anymore. As a result, we could not shower either that night or the following morning. The next morning there was still no staff available for quite some time. Eventually, employees appeared and first attempted to “fix” the shower but could not get it working. Only later were we offered the option to use a shower in another room on another floor after we had already packed our luggage and prepared to leave. That is not what we paid for. We paid for a private room with a functioning bathroom. The most frustrating part was how the situation was handled afterward. Initially, hotel staff told us to contact Booking.com regarding compensation because the reservation had been made through Booking.com. Later, the story completely changed. Suddenly the property claimed compensation had been offered, claimed issues were disclosed, and even implied that we were somehow responsible for the shower problem. We also experienced a strong unpleasant odor in the room during the stay. The entire situation felt dishonest and poorly managed from start to finish. Very disappointing customer service and absolutely not the level of professionalism expected from a hospitality business.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We checked in late, around 10 PM. Shortly after midnight we discovered that the shower in our room was not working at all. By that time there were no employees on site anymore, and nobody answered the phone. In the morning around 9 AM there was still nobody available to properly resolve the issue. As a result, we could not shower either that night or the next morning. The shower door in Room 1 was also hanging on a single hinge and clearly poorly maintained. Despite this, the staff later accused us of damaging the shower ourselves, which is completely false. We have video evidence showing the shower was already not functioning from the beginning. A staff member also tried to operate it and could not get it working. Initially, hotel staff told us to contact Booking.com regarding a refund because the reservation had been made through Booking.com. We followed their instructions and communicated through the Booking.com system. At first, the property appeared willing to compensate us. A few days later, however, they completely changed their story, denied responsibility, falsely claimed that we had showered in other rooms, and attempted to blame us for the situation. Yes, they eventually offered access to another room’s shower, but that is not what we paid for. We booked and paid for a private room with a functioning bathroom. In addition, the room itself felt extremely outdated: no USB charging ports, an ancient TV, worn-out towels, and even the toilet barely flushed properly. Overall, this property was poorly maintained, badly managed, and handled the situation dishonestly.

We were charged multiple times and kept waiting at the front desk for almost an hour because their system wasn’t working. Instead of fixing the issue, they told us to check out. They tried charging three different cards and claimed they were all “not working,” so we had to block the transactions with our bank. The manager was rude on the phone and even threatened to call the sheriff. Extremely unprofessional service. I would not recommend staying here

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. They charged my card twice. Then we were kept at the front desk for almost an hour because their system was “frozen.” Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they made us wait with no clear explanation or solution. In the end, they told us to check out. Meanwhile, they attempted to charge three different credit cards, claiming all of them were “not working.” We had to contact our bank and block the transactions to prevent further unauthorized charges. To make things worse, the administrator on the phone was extremely rude and said, “Either you check out or I’ll call the sheriff.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We were simply trying to resolve a billing mistake caused by their own system. No apology. No accountability. Just threats and poor service. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — stay somewhere else.

By far my favorite hotel. I worknin the area every other week. Beautiful rooms with a deck. Rooms are very spacious! And a taco place literally 30' away! Only downfall, no microwave in the room. Girgeous views. Would definitely be back!!!!!
