Well I punched the wrong address in my Google maps and it took me to the opposite side of town. So by the time I got there I was kind of bummed out and wasn't sure I wanted to buy anything. Wrong...LOL! What a fantastic store. It's big, it's clean, and it had exactly what I wasn't looking for. I found something completely different than what I was intending to get and I am very very happy with it. Thanks guys for all your help you are great!

The stuff was useless. I asked for product information and comparison with a similar product. The genius answer was: They are different companies….duh I know that …… I am looking for more information.

I go out of my way to visit this store whenever I am in town. The guys that run it are always super nice and helpful with any questions I might have. I always enjoy every trip I make to this store.

Wow! Great prices. Very helpful staff. Amazing selection that is well curated. Seriously, you need to go shop here FIRST! I was out of town visiting for the first time and they have far better pricing for better quality with a more clean atmosphere. Very well organized. Small store that has plenty for a beginner like me or someone with more knowledge.

Love Gear and the guys that work there. They've got a wide selection of products and gear, and are always very friendly and happy to help answer any qpuestions .

I don't know about the other place, but I've been in this shop several times. Yes, their things are pricey but they are spwcialty items and if you have to have the latest and good quality they are really very good on both accounts. As for the staff, I found them to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. These kinds of establishments can easily have "expert" staff that can be aloof and intimidating. As a fetish tourist myself, I've always walked away with something "I might want to try" because the staff made me feel comfortable. I recommend to the conoscienti and newbie alike.
