At Home Inn - Pensacola

Rooming at this location was really a disappointment. I went in Choosing this hotel and mostly relied on the reviews. This hotel was not spacious. It was a headache, and it was not clean. In my bed, there was a patch of Hair I really look like a could have belonged to an animal. Going on there was here of different kinds found on every single fixture in the bathroom. I am going to upload pictures, but to be clear there was a long black straight hair on the sink outside of the restroom, curly black hair on the toilet and then medium Pubic like wavy black hair in the shower wall. My husband‘s blonde and I have very tight coils in my hair, so definitely didn’t belong to us not to mention it was there when we arrived. Very gross experience with this hotel I would definitely continue searching for other facilities than this one if you’re traveling in the area.

We gave this place a chance because, despite having that typical motel appearance, we didn’t see many bad reviews. We originally booked two nights, but ended up staying only one and left the next day. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, let’s talk about the room. I’m not sure if there are renovated rooms available, but the humidity inside our room was overwhelming and made it very uncomfortable to stay there. Another issue was the lighting. The room was extremely dark. There was only one lamp for the entire room, and there was no lighting in the desk area at all. The next light fixture was all the way by the refrigerator. The beds were fine, and the room included a refrigerator and a microwave, which was convenient. This property really needs to focus on improving cleanliness and possibly renovating some of the rooms. One positive thing I can say is that the bathroom had excellent water pressure. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the overall condition of the room.

I had a very pleasant experience and was helped in every way. Grace was especially helpful and was extremely accommodating to my situation. I will definitely be returning for another stay just because of the hospitality of the staff. And Grace was the hotel clerk for my current stay and she was a delight to interact with, super polite and professional.

I picked this place for the pool and breakfast amenities. At a place called "at home" Inn you expect a hot breakfast with eggs at the bare minimum. Im sick of hotels falsely advertising they have breakfast if all they have is "grab and go pastries" hotel was also noisy at night. Avoid this place

Staff was friendly and helpful as they could be, other than the maintenance guy who rode around on an obnoxiously loud motorcycle, even well into the evening. Dirty and slippery floors, poor quality LVP chosen for floor and poor installation job. Toilet was crooked, no ventilation in the bathroom of any kind to remove steam, some areas of the walls were cracking, A/C system was developing mold in the vents, lighting was poor, the mattress had already developed pits where others had slept, and the walls may as well have been made of paper when it comes to noise control. You hear ever car pass by, every conversation outside, and every door close. They put all of their money into the fancy lobby and nothing else.

Quiet, clean and friendly. Nice pool, lits/of parking. This place is very different from the other motels along 29 unless/they've all been cleaned up.

Grace has been the most helpful and kind person that I have encountered all day! She went above and beyond to make sure our accommodations were met. This world could use a lot more Grace <3

Amazing price for the rooms. Our room was not cleaned daily. Room has a strong unpleasant odor.

I had a wonderful experience staying at At Home Inn & Suites! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the stay was comfortable and pleasant. What really made my experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service from Dana at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Dana made check-in smooth, answered all my questions with patience, and genuinely made me feel valued as a guest. It’s rare to come across customer service this exceptional these days, and she truly deserves recognition for the way she represents the hotel. Thank you, Dana, for making my stay such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be back!

This is an obvious older hotel from the 60's that has been renovated. The lobby is beautiful, they have complimentary coffee, juices and packaged breakfast foods. The rooms are clean, renovated...a great deal in this price-range. Plenty of parking. Ok water pressure. AC worked, fridge worked 0 they even have a laundry room ...the value is outstanding. It's in a relatively safe area (across from big car dealerships) not far from 10. You even have BJ's gas and some restaurants pretty close by. This is a true find if you travel often through here. If this place booked rooms at double the price, yeah ok, maybe they would lose a star because of the value. But as it is, this is spectacular.
