Hotel Royal

This was our second time staying there and we thoroughly enjoyed it as much as the first. It’s right near a river that feeds Lake Erie. There’s a brewing company that we had some beers and burgers that were just perfect. The room is so pristine, clean and interesting with a throwback feel and yet all modern amenities. We even brewed a nice cup of coffee in the morning with fresh beans from across the street. This time we met our host and hostess, and they were lovely and attentive, and it was a lucky strike extra. Whether they’re on site or not the instructions for getting in are simple and easy. We’ve done it both ways and it just works. If you have questions, Erin is extremely responsive. Really can’t recommend this highly enough.

I stayed here last night and absolutely love this place. It's like your favorite auntie who's got a great eye for interior design and a welcoming heart left you the key to her city house. The rooms look like the pictures but even better. Sweet. Bed, linens, coffee bar, all top drawer. One dissonant note... one-ply toilet paper? My guess is someone else did the most recent TP restock. If I try to describe all the great things about this place we'll be here forever. So how about this... they have an in-room tent on offer if you're traveling with a kid who wants their own space. I've never heard of such a thing! If you like the looks of this place just book it. It's a delight.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Communication was excellent, room was clean and the western vides made it perfect for the country concert we were in town for! Bed was cozy too! Amenities (like local coffee grounds) was top notch! Highly recommend!

We loved everything about our stay at Hotel Royal! The check in instructions were extremely detailed making it super easy! The room was very clean.It was very quiet and we loved every second of our stay! We will for sure be coming back for another stay here!

Great spot with free on street parking. A short drive or scooter ride to dowtown.

Very clean and extremely well presented throughout the stay by host Erin. She goes out of her way to make if a comfortable stay from start to finish. The Valentines Day special of flowers and a sweet treats made locally was such a nice touch. This renovated building in the trendy warehouse district has plenty of class and charm for a great stay. We look forward to it again sometime.
