Shoutout Lexi at Front Desk, Victoria at the coffee shop, Victoria at Pointe in Tyme, Jeff and his golf cart!!!!! Lexi gave great directions and made sure i wasn’t going to get lost. Jeff provided great service driving my party up and down those hills. The Victoria’s gave me great coffee and food <3

this might be nit picky but for the expenses paid i kinda would expect better. first upon checking in we were charged 200 over what we were supposed to pay after talking to Johnny he explained it all and was very helpful. whoever checked us in was not. the food prices and drink prices are ridiculous. 17$ for a mediocre burger. 16$ for a 12oz pina colda? staff was friendly besides whoever checked us in. my problem is really the paying 200 when we weren’t supposed which we are supposed to get back but also that my partner ordered 2 beers and it took over an hour to get them. when he called to see what was going on they said he didn’t put the room number down (he did). 20-30 minutes after his 2 beers were dropped off 2 more were brought that we didn’t order. we thought it was a courtesy for the mess up. just got my final bill and we were wrong! 80$ for SIX beers for the whole weekend all because they brought extras we didn’t ask for. property is pretty and rooms are nice but insanely overpriced for nothing special really.

Always fantastic here. Get to the pools early on weekends. Chairs are filled by 1000am for the day.

We enjoyed it here. There are a lot of families and kids which is awesome but does keep it from being as quiet as some might hope for it to be. A little distant from some of our events/activities... totally my fault. Casino-west/arena/stadium are 30 minute Uber. Recommend a rental car if staying multiple days in Phoenix.

I had a great experience during my short stay at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Bella, who assisted me at check-in, was welcoming, professional, and made the process quick and easy. The resort was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. Although my visit was brief, it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Bella, and the entire team for making my stay a great one. I would gladly stay here again and recommend this resort to others.

Our room was situated across an empty parking lot near Arizona's noisiest swamp cooler. The horrifible, loud, continuous whiny siphon drone continued all night and sounded like it was ingesting air where liquid was required and needed service. We could not sleep. Beds were also uncomfortable. Room doors were old and almost impossible to move.

Pleasure booking for my wife and I. Photo's and the 4-star rating ended up being overrated. This is a 3-star hotel at best. Many issues disrupted our vacation starting with our room not being ready at 4pm. The front desk was helpful in getting us reassigned to another resort view room. Which, brings up a major issue at this hotel. Resort view is not what you think. The photo I added is our resort view of a parking lot. Second issue was the construction. It was apparent during our stay that they told the construction crew to not start before 8am. The problem was is that they showed up with their equipment unloaded machines and waited until 7:58am each day to start the concrete saws. Not a great vacation waking up hours before we wanted. My mobile phone never worked for the room access, but did for the pool gate. I will say the people working at the main pool were attentive and helpful. The managers are this property listen well, but don't act on what they hear.

Clean rooms. Excellent food but condiments on request only. Large portions. Vegetarian options. Valet available. Beautiful view.
