Staff great rooms large and comfortable bistro fantastic bar keep very quick and friendly food tastie it is nice after a big day you can just go to the lobby for good food and drink

Hotel was fine, but no free breakfast.

The property is well maintained and the fitness room is awesome.

I have stayed at this location many times for business, as my husband and I both work traveling jobs, and I’ve never encountered an issue until today. When I called the hotel to be transferred to my husband’s room giving her his name and room number, the front desk receptionist, Rebecca, informed me that due to “corporate policy,” they are unable to transfer calls to guest rooms for privacy reasons. My call was time sensitive, as my husband was running late for a very important meeting and I was trying to reach him urgently. After being denied, I contacted the company my husband is contracted through. Someone from their office then called the same hotel, spoke with the same receptionist, gave the same name and room number, and was transferred without hesitation. It was only after that call that we discovered my husband was actually staying at a neighboring Marriott hotel. While I understand that confusion can happen regarding locations, the policy itself is still off-putting. It is difficult to reconcile how “privacy” prevents a wife from reaching her husband in an urgent situation, yet presents no obstacle when the call originates from a company representative. If this is indeed corporate policy, it appears to be applied selectively. Regardless of the location mix-up, the inconsistency in how this situation was handled caused unnecessary stress and delay surrounding an important professional obligation. I would appreciate a direct response from management clarifying the hotel’s official policy and explaining how it is meant to be applied consistently moving forward. I believe this situation warrants more than a generic explanation and would like assurance that it will be addressed appropriately. Experiences like this directly affect decisions about where we stay while traveling, and unless this policy is clarified and applied consistently, it will influence whether we choose this hotel in the future.
