Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Pocatello

I booked here because they advertised having rollaway beds. They do not. I was given extra bedding to use for sleeping on the floor instead. There was visible damage on the door of my room from someone attempting to break in. I was first offered some extra points that I didn’t feel matched the inconvenience. I was then told twice that a manager would follow up with me about the problems I experienced after the front desk (who did do their best to help as far as I could tell) was not able to assist me further, once ”the next morning” and again ”soon” later the next day after the morning came and went. It’s now been 2 days and no one has followed up nor has anything been done to make it right after multiple assurances. I booked at a Marriott expecting a certain standard to be met that this location fell short of. Marriott is always very good about fixing things or making them right. I’ve never experienced this at any other location or stay in the past decade and a half of staying at Marriott hotels otherwise. To their credit, the room and building was clean. I’ll update this review when/if this location is able to set things right.

Fair price, good rooms, free breakfast pool, hot tub and a small fitness room. Our stay was great, family of 4. 2 queen bed room (two tvs and a pull out bed on the couch so both kids got their own bed which was a big plus)

Room was amazing! king comfortable bed and couch and two tv's clean comfortable and quiet and breakfast was included. Will definitely be staying here again.

Stay at this hotel! We recently traveled to Pocatello and cannot say enough good things about the staff and accommodations. Everything is clean, well kept, and accessible. The breakfast is well stocked and the staff were so friendly - even walking around offering to clear plates and ask if we would like a mint. Pool and hot tub are great and had plenty of towels. Loved the water filler in the fitness room. The general manager, JAROD, and his front desk team were amazing! We had a snafu when we checked in (not our fault or the hotels fault, a 3rd party issue) and they were not only knowledgeable and helpful, but we had a blast! Thank you for a lovely stay!

My mother in law came to visit and her and my boys stayed in a room. We had a certain issue and the general manager Jared came to our room. He helped us out promptly and eagerly and had such excellent customer service. He assisted us and gave us an immediate solution. Im very impressed with the customer service. 👌 rooms were fantastic, location is perfect. Over all a beautiful hotel. Can't emphasize enough how amazing their customer service is.

Had a coaching meeting here. Nice staff, clean place.
