Such a fun, convenient place to stay for a beach get-away! We loved that we could bring our dog with us. The Cottage Suite was the perfect size.

Home away from home. Clean room, comfortable bed. A/c worked fantastic! Plenty of room for the 2 of us and our pup. In addition we had a porch with chairs and a table, plenty of space for sitting and enjoying the morning/night. This cute place is not far from the beach. We even received a phone call confirming that we would still be checking in, we were, just going to arrive late. The only thing I would change is to have a larger coffee pot. But, we were very grateful for the one that was available for use. Till next time, R/R Lee

The suite was designed to make good use of the natural light. Morning bright, afternoon not hot. That level of considerate orientation makes for comfort indoors from dawn to sundown.

We really enjoyed our stay the first time we stayed here in 2022. We returned last weekend and will likely look for somewhere else next time. Pros: - LOCATION!!! It's an easy walk to beach, bars, food, stores. - A/C worked well. Got as cold as we wanted. - Room options, with a lot to choose from. - Physically a cute place with nice patios. Cons: - Lots of small things didn't work. The microwave didn't work. The two fans upstairs were very janky. One we couldn't use at all because it looked like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. The other made so much noise that it was literally in my dream and then woke me up. Had to turn it off. - Roaches. There were TONS outside on the railing by the pool. We laughed and joked that at least they weren't in the room. We found one in our room on the last day. - The pool. It was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Also both pool bathrooms now say that they are permanently closed. So we either pee in the pool (gross) or get out, walk all the way to our room, and up three flights of stairs to go. It also closed earlier than the sign says. - Pubes in our shower. 'Nuff said. None of these were issues the first time. Seems like it's gone downhill and that everything needs to be updated now - including management.

Great location to the beach and amenities in the surrounding area! However… The cabin itself was filthy upon first glance and figured we could get it taken care of while went to the beach. Stopped by the front desk to ask for it to be cleaned while we went to the beach and dinner. But when we got back, the old sandwich bread under the trash can and the febreeze was the only thing done. Here is the remaining list of things we encountered as the night progressed: - Freezer smelt like old fish (unusable) - Shower had red bacteria & mold - Dust all over - Blinds has greasy texture all over them - Sheets stained/possibly unwashed - Found dead cockroaches There’s a difference between old and dirty, unfortunately both are true here. After all this, they only took off the cleaning fee 😅 For a comparable price and location, don’t make the same mistake we did, go towards the newer buildings, south. We will be!
