The hotel has a nice atmosphere and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, but the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty and could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, a decent experience, but a few improvements would make it much better.

Apt 28-May 3, '26 We had an ADA room. It was basically a three-room apartment. We walked in and to the left was a large bathroom with a tub and shower, next was a good size living room with an L shaped couch with a desk, tv, coffee maker, refrigerator and closet. Next was the bedroom with two queen beds. Plenty of room with three sets of windows, a flat screen and closet with a safe. It also had shades and blackout shades. We had a view of the mountains. The breakfast was worth the extra $11. Scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, bacon or sausage, pancakes. Yogurt. Cereal. Fresh fruit, toast, bagels, 4 juices. Tea and coffee. Plenty of seating. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great hotel. Great location cuz our relatives are in Post Falls. The only bummer was not having 2 bottles of water in our room upon arrival.

I Just visted some family up north Everything about this hotel was 5 stars besides Eddie that operated the front desk at night I lived here for over two weeks ( then had a family emergency which a lot of family members attended and needless to say he was not excited about…. Are last meeting he told me to grab what I would like (so I grabbed a chicken salad _witch I was more then happy to pay for he attendant to act like I was stealing I choose to ask to pay for items he acted like he was offended I left chosen items and went to my rooms As of now rooms and hospitality especially Geo and Kristen were top notch in every way !!!! I wish I could leave a better review And I hope I can in the future!!! Just spoke to the front desk they claim I’m all lying hope they set the records straight !!!!! We rented over 30 rooms I hope they have proof and recordings

This was a very nice hotel with exceptional staff that were very welcoming and helpful. We were visiting for a wedding and seeing family in the Silver Valley and Post Falls area. The hotel's access to the freeway was far better than dealing with the downtown CDA traffic and congested. Lots of parking. The hotel has a great lounge with natural light and in the evening a nice bar with plenty of seating to unwind. The hotel serves a free morning breakfast, simple but fresh items to get you on the go without waiting. They had fresh juice, variety of items to toast, three or four hot dish items (eggs, oatmeal, pancakes, sausage) that changed daily and a great yougart and fruit bar. The breakfast area was kept very clean. We were just as pleased with our room. Very clean and new with plenty of room. I loved that they designed the room without wall to wall carpet but instead nice flooring with area rugs. Our room had 2 beds and a sectional. I know I am rambling on but it was just refreshing to stay here and not have to deal with all the tourist congestion and the extra cost of downtown CDA, especially if you grew up in the area and have other things to do. Their is plenty of great restaurants near by to enjoy.
