We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The entire house and rooms were very clean and thoughtful. The service and communication from the manager, Mike, was outstanding. 315 has great food and very nice staff. The house is also very close walking distance to downtown.

I loved my cozy stay at the Greenbriar! It felt homey and more personal than staying in a chain hotel. The location is fantastic--easily walkable to restaurants as well as parks and the lake. Since I did not have a car, I loved being able to walk everywhere. I came for the CDA marathon and would happily stay here again! Mike and Rae were attentive to any problems or concerns during the stay as well. Because it is an older, historic building with wooden floors, you may hear more noise than a typical hotel, but I think that is to be expected. Ear plugs were provided if needed; however, I personally did not have any problems or concerns. If you are looking for a personal, local experience in a quaint inn, this is a fantastic choice in Coeur D'Alene!

Amazing stay! The staff is so friendly. Yes the rooms are older and quirky, but that’s what makes it way more fun than your average hotel. Justin, the server at the restaurant down stairs is incredible. So friendly and so knowledgeable! The food was amazing and it’s incredibly hard to choose from because everything looks so good! We are local and I already told multiple friends about meeting us for dinner. They even gifted us a restaurant gift card, how cool is that?! Will do a stay cation here again soon!

This is a very cool old home and I am sure that for some people it is ideal, however if you're anything but leisurely this probably isn't the choice for you. There isn't somebody to check you in, somebody from the restaurant did and they didn't really know what to do. It's barely even marked as a hotel and it is more of an Airbnb than a hotel. Again, it's very cool this is an old home kept in good shape and there's real value there, but above all if I could change one thing please get better mattresses, there is zero historic value in an old mattress. They do provide earplugs but the walls are very thin

This little Inn is the perfect comfy stay for a night or multiple nights in this quiet lake town. I had great service on both the Inn side and the Restaurant located within the Inn.
