Very nice B&B. I enjoyed my stay. The host Pablo was very nice, inviting and friendly. The room was nice and big and very comfortable. I like the snacks that are available at all times. There are two cats outside that are very cute and love to be petted. If you’re an animal person you will enjoy them. This is my second time staying here while I have come to New Paltz. This is my first choice. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

AC didn’t work. They gave us a late checkout but locked us out of room. The contact person never answered their phone.

No AC. No person to contact to help with temperature. Call goes to automated voicemail. They locked us out of our room with no help.

A lovely hidden gem! My partner and I loved staying here. So close to downtown proper of New Paltz, but just outside enough to enjoy the quiet and solitude. Pablo makes the house and the stay warm, clean, safe and comfortable. The sauna is amazing! Highly recommend!

I’m not sure why there were negative reviews of the amenities like the 24/7 tea/water/fruits and muffins. The food was fresh and delicious and readily available whenever we needed. I stood here and loved everything about this property. I also locked my self out and Pablo was there to support and assist. Lovely property, great breakfast, clean and beautifully spacious bedroom suites and super soft beds. Only con I have was I heard the neighbors last night rocking the boat. They lack decorum they were so loud.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The property is beautiful and the common areas are clean and comfortable. There was bagels cereal fruit yogurt etc. available. The whirlpool tubs are a great feature! I will definitely be visiting again and would suggest this property to anyone!!
