Provincetown Pride
About This Event
Provincetown Pride, run by the Provincetown Business Guild, hits town each June. It isn't August's Carnival—it's smaller, looser, and catches P-town just before the suffocating peak-season crowds roll in. The 2026 run marked the 9th year.
Most of the long weekend runs straight down Commercial Street from Thursday to Sunday. In 2026, things started Thursday with a dedicated Pride ferry out of Boston and a free flag raising up at the Pilgrim Monument. Friday brought bingo and a kickoff party over at the Crown & Anchor. Saturday packed the schedule: a daytime Pride market, a rally on the Town Hall steps, and the "Sashay to Tea" procession down Commercial Street, followed by Nina West hosting a variety show inside Town Hall and a late after-party at the A-House. Sunday wrapped up with a 5K run and walk.
Street gatherings and rallies won't cost you a dime, though the inside parties and evening performances sell individual tickets.
The 2026 run hit June 4–7. Keep an eye on ptown.org, where the Business Guild posts future dates once locked.
