Getting into the building the first time is a bit like an escape room. You can go through the instructions step by step on your phone as you're doing them, and the instructions are clear, but it is overly complex. Paying for parking is a garbage way to increase revenue. Just charge me $20 more for the accommodations. The secured area of the parking garage is pretty difficult to enter and exit if you don't have a small car. The apartment was nice, but there was no work area. I haven't had water pressure that strong since I was a kid. Flow limiter was definitely removed from the shower head.

What in the world!!!! This place is an absolute joke. Now we know why the reviews are so low lol it’s garbage for the price. They send you none of the info for you to get in. It’s almost like an Airbnb, but no host hahah and no code to get In. Just sitting outside for the last two hours with my dog so I can get in . Talked to 3 different ppl, obviously they aren’t great at English . Please Please DONT SPEND YR MONEY HERE DONT GWT A HOTEL ROOM . It’s awful and customer service is non existent. Worst experience especially for the price I’m floored

Great location. Easy check in. Clear and timely communications. Exactly as appears in the pictures = pretty spartan furnishing but that’s ok. A coffee maker would have been nice but not essential esp as there are multiple coffee places within a quick walk.

Disappointed with the condition of our unit at Kasa Village District Raleigh. The bathroom toilet was actively leaking, with water pooled on the floor around the base. The water supply shut-off valve behind the toilet was heavily corroded and rusted, and there were water stains streaking down the wall behind the tank. The floor was also dirty and stained. For the price, this is not the standard of cleanliness or maintenance you’d expect. The unit clearly should have been inspected and repaired before check-in. Called front desk and was told maintenance would be coming to fix the issue, but they never showed. Hoping management addresses both the plumbing and the cleaning standards.

Parking was available. The staff were very helpful and responsive. The place was in a really nice area.
