Motel 6 Raleigh, NC - Downtown South

IF I HAD ANOTHER OPTION I WOULD NOT BE HERE I would like to know what has been remodeled.. this place is the worst place I have ever seen.. housecleaning is let's just say a 3 year old could do a much better job.. I literally had to clean the entire room before Bringing my fur babies and bags in.. it smells so strong of weed no amount of air freshener is helping and since its 26 outside I cant open the door to air it out.. not that I feel it would be safe to do that anyways.. I WILL BE WASHING THE BEDDING BEFORE SLEEPING UNDER IT..

The owners have done many upgrades. Staff are very professional. . perfect place for me to stop in between my road travels for my job. I'm very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area that are in terrible condition & no customer service whatsoever. They're also very conscious of safety for their customers.

The lights went out all night long there. When I call them to ask about it he got mad said "we dont control that its duke energy etc etc" and started screaming, cancelled my reservation, and hung the phone up. very rude angry rude people

Very Clean Room. Front desk very professional. I recommend to anyone. I enjoy this location

I had the pleasure of having Trey as the associate that handled my check-in. Trey was very professional and walked me through utilizing the card machine for my check-in. Also he was very patient and professional by ensuring that my check- in went without a hitch. Also when I couldn't get my key card to work by my not knowing how to properly use it. Trey immediately rekeyed my card and show me how to use it. Thanks Trey for assisting me and being patient during my senior moment. Not clean, very sketchy. Dirty bedding. People selling drugs in the parking lot. Staff did not want to give us clean sheets when the ones in the room were clearly dirty.

This was not a pleasant experience. The sheets were dirty, and the rooms were not clean.

The best motel 6 in the area I felt safe here , the office staff were very friendly !! They were in the process of putting up a fence when I was here for a couple of days so I know for a fact they care about their visitors and residents!’

There were cockroaches in my room that walk on and around bed. Beware
