Good location, great prices, beautiful rooms, and the lady at the front desk is an angel.

New staff/owners put alot of time and money into this facility to completely change it around. No drifters, very new and refurbished rooms, bathrooms...staff goes out of their way, everything is overly clean.

The rooms were nicer than i had anticipated..that is honestly the nicest things i can say about this hotel. To start with when i booked the room..nothing was mentioned ANYWHERE about a deposit or an "early check in fee". I was assured i could check in anytime..the only thing check-in time would affect is check-out time. What should have been one price at checkout online..turned into another almost $100 when I actually got there. A room deposit & an early check-in fee bc someone had to clean the room early was the explanation. When i get upstairs to my room, my floor is BLACK with stains on vinyl that looked like someone spilled a liquid & three year old cleaned it up, about 4 rentals before mine. There was about a 1/2 of a roll of toilet paper..& that's all I had for the entire 4 days I stayed here..my towels weren't refilled either. My entire stay i made sure to be in my room with the doors locked down like it was Fort Knox, after dark. Not to emerge again until daylight the following day. My reason for doing so, was the "unsavory" characters sizing me up & down like I was a X-mas turkey! That was enough to scare me right into early nights the whole stay! Every morning..literally EVERY morning I was awakened by eitherthe housekeeper, or the housekeeper's children who ran a muck while their Mother worked. Normally wouldnt bother me as bad, but when a 5yr old can't understand what you mean when you're screaming, "NO THANKYOUUUU".. It tends to get annoying! So honestly..you get what you pay for!!! And at these prices & deposits..I expected WAYYYY more outta the Ol' Red Roof Inn!!! 10 outta 10 would NOT recommend!

Great hotel for the price. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean. They're great about giving my security deposit back in a timely manner. A lot of other hotels I stay out make it an issue. He actually offer smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms. It's a nice place to hold up for a minute. I usually get the deluxe Queen. The rooms all have the modern televisions with an HDMI port. They have Wi-Fi but I used to just use my mobile data unless I'm just on YouTube.

If you’re concerned about your safety, don’t stay here. Groups of individuals hang around and loiter like their waiting for the right time to break into your car. There was activity every night between 12-1AM. Our room door felt impossible to get into at first. Our bathroom door wasn’t level and scrapped against the ground making a horrible noise, extremely hard to close if you wanted privacy. The room itself had many imperfections but those didn’t bother me as much. To conclude, one afternoon we left the room, tugged the room door closed behind us and left for the day. We returned later that night to find our room door cracked open. Went to the front desk and they claimed there was no door activity and we had turned away room service earlier that day so it shouldn’t have been them. Thankfully, it seems nothing was taken but they’ve gaslighted us into it being our fault. I don’t believe that for a second when I watched my partner tug on the door handle shut with their whole body.

‼️⚠️ DO NOT STAY HERE! ⚠️‼️ I stayed here last night, and it was one of the most disgusting hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room reeked of weed and cigarettes the moment we walked in. Both beds had stains all over the covers and sheets, and there were nasty brown stains in the bathtub. By morning, my throat was burning from breathing in all the smoke, and I woke up feeling sick and gross. The area around the hotel is very unsafe, and the people hanging around made us really uncomfortable. To top it off, when I went to check in, there was a sticky, gross glob of something on the front counter. Completely unsanitary. We would have left immediately, but after reading other reviews, we realized this dump is notorious for these issues. When we called earlier, they said they were sold out, so we couldn’t switch rooms, and they don’t offer refunds (probably because they know no one would stay otherwise). I’ll be filing a complaint with corporate and strongly pushing for this location to be inspected and shut down. This place is absolutely filthy, unsafe, and should be avoided at all costs.

I have been here twice and you have taken money from me but you have not credited it to my account again. I came here just last week and the last time was a month ago and the money has not been credited to my account yet. This is really not good. Please credit it to my account
