Man at the front desk was very rude and unapproachable. He refused to help my situation correctly and instead of canceling my reservation he made a new one and had me charged twice for one night, with no explanation. Roaches crawling on the wall and by the fridge, sink handle broken and burn marks in the sheets. There was no accommodation made for the mishap they just said sorry and walked off with $140 for one night. No consideration for the guest just another money hungry company.

There was a literally hole in our bathroom wall. We also had a non smoking room, but the room smelled extremely musty and smoke-like, which was unfortunate. The area is also super sketch. If you’re a baddie on a budget, this is an okay option, we didn’t see bugs or anything severe, but if you want the extra comfort, aesthetics, and access to things like free breakfast and body wash, just pay the extra dollars for another type of hotel.
