Out! Raleigh Pride
About This Event
Out! Raleigh Pride is a street festival, not a parade. The LGBT Center of Raleigh runs it on Fayetteville Street, the pedestrian-friendly main drag between the State Capitol and the Duke Energy Center, and it's the centre's biggest fundraiser of the year, so the money stays local.
In 2026 it grew to a full weekend for the first time. Friday night, June 26, was an adults-only "Raleigh at Night" party on two blocks of Fayetteville Street from 6 to 10 p.m. Saturday, June 27, was the main family day, roughly noon to 7 p.m., with more than 250 vendors, live music, a kids' zone and a beer garden. A drag brunch closed it on Sunday. The theme was "Love is Everyone's," and it was the festival's 14th year. Entry is free, and the city opens its five downtown garages for free parking.
Organizers and ABC11 only said "thousands" attended, and we couldn't find a credible count, so we're not quoting one. Don't confuse it with NC Pride in Durham, a separate event.
It's been held in late June recently, but the 2027 dates hadn't been announced when we checked.
