Above and beyond what I had in mind! The place was majestic and Ginter was the best host. Will definitely be coming back!

Baltic Sauna was an amazing experience! It was so relaxing, peaceful, and secluded. The wood burning sauna was rejuvenating. Ginter was so kind, welcoming, and helpful (especially when we accidentally let the flame go out). They provided water, fruit, sauna hats, towels, everything you could need. We especially loved that they had a Bluetooth speaker so we could relax with some meditation tunes. There were so many places to unwind in between sauna sessions including the fire pit, cold bucket, and pool. This place is definitely a hidden gem and we will be back for a night session!

My friends and I had such a great experience. The team was incredibly attentive and made our visit feel very special. They even decorated the space for our little gathering. The space is beautiful, relaxing, and very comfortable. You can really tell they care about creating a great experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and memorable time!

Such an amazing experience. My partner and I had a magical time. The cold plunge was great, the sauna was amazing! The option to grill out, and just relax like we went out of town was phenomenal. I highly recommend! & THE OWNERS ARE WONDERFUL, thank you so much for an amazing weekday getaway.

The sauna is awesome and very relaxing and calming! There’s lots of seats to lounge about in between sauna sessions and the cold plunge is very invigorating 😊

We had such a wonderful Baltic sauna experience at The Cary Baltic Sauna. Ginter was an exceptional host and has truly created a beautiful, relaxing oasis that perfectly blends hot and cold therapy. It was especially nice having the entire space to ourselves instead of sharing it with others, it made the experience feel very peaceful and restorative. The Baltic bites were delicious and savory, and the wine and water were a lovely touch. This was such a unique and enjoyable experience. We would absolutely do it again and highly recommend it to others!

We had the most incredible experience at this Baltic sauna! We booked it to celebrate my husband Mike’s birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect way to relax, reset, and start the week. This place is truly a hidden gem — tucked away in someone’s backyard, which makes it feel so private and intimate. The atmosphere was peaceful, beautifully set up, and you can tell so much thought went into every detail. The sauna itself was amazing — authentic, rejuvenating, and exactly what we needed. The privacy, the food, the overall vibe — everything exceeded our expectations. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend for a special occasion or just a much-needed reset!

What a hidden gem in the heart of Cary, NC !!! The ambiance feels like a cozy cabin in the woods, enhanced by the soothing sound of running water and a beautifully designed wood-burning sauna. The essential oils, delectable pastries from Chef Dana, and refreshing tea made our time there even more special. The facilities are outstanding, with towels, a shower, and a pool available on-site, adding to our comfort. The lighting at night is simply amazing, creating a magical atmosphere around the fire pit, cold plunge, and venik whisk, making for an unforgettable experience. Our girls' night was the best experience I've had in a while. As someone who often struggles with sleep, I was amazed at how well I slept afterward and how much more at ease I felt. The warmth and kindness of Ginter and Dana truly set this place apart; they are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I highly recommend this wonderful escape for anyone looking to rejuvenate and relax!
