Why KiKi

I’ve been to Whykiki multiple times, it’s good time, despite being a white mormon closet space. But when my friend gets turned away from the establishment by some guy in a SnapBack for literally no reason, I’m confused? What happened to the community spirit? On Kilby weekend? We are genuinely confused (as was the rest of the line) what “attitude to service workers” was given on our part. We did not deserve disrespect. We complained to the bouncer with blonde hair. Even he seemed sympathetic, we were never a problem.

Whitney was absolutely the sweetest and helped me have the best birthday experience here! My friends and I were welcomed by her at the front after I called them about my birthday and she followed through with such kindness! Thank you Why Kiki for such a fun and wild night🫶

I honestly waited to post this thinking I would get over it but how we were treated at this place was uncalled for and insane. We asked someone who worked there to take our picture and was instantly judged. The staff labeled us intoxicated for being excited for my Bachelorette party. The worker who took our picture went in and started warning all the other staff about us, which we heard and saw him do. I understand having to do your job, but they went above and beyond to make us feel like crap. The host greeting us by saying "get your shit together or I'm kicking you out" she repeated this to us the whole time she was checking us in. A staff doesn't have to be rude to be professional. Then our server also treated us like crap and it got to the point where we just stayed quite unless someone was performing. Go for the drag not the service.

Went here for a friend's birthday brunch, it was great! Fantastic and fabulous atmosphere, the staff and queens were all amazing. Would definitely recommend. They break big bills, and there are plenty of ATMs on site.

We typically go to other clubs/bars in SLC but my brother wanted to come here for his bday. Me and my husband decided to give it a try. We were expecting a cover charge because we have heard all of our friends talk about it. But the cover was $25 per person and 2 vodka crans were $30. Coat check was another $3. So for 2 people to get in and get 1 drink each we spent over $80. Besides the high prices, the vibes were off. It’s branded as a LGBTQ+ bar but we were pretty much the only queer people there. It felt like a BYU social club or a queer zoo for straight people. Only saw straight people making out so that should tell you enough. Lastly all their responses are giving chat GBT lol

I was visiting SLC from New York, and I must say, the SLC queens we saw were better than any show I’ve been to in NY. I was very impressed. I would stick with beer or a cider however as their house cocktails are super sweet.

So much fun!
