Paradise Point Resort & Spa

This was a birthday celebration for our 6 year old daughter and it was everything she and us her parents hoped for. Bungalows steps from the sand and water, amazing pools, waterfront dining, early morning walks on the beach, fun activities on site. What a dream!! Already raving about it to family and friends! Can’t wait to go back!

Great place skip on room 800 Nice room but too much noise from Tidal restaurant . Some type of machine or Ac on and off all day and evening.Does not make for peaceful stay .

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Point! The hotel was well kept with a lot of fun family friendly activities available. The location was right on the bay and was convenient to travel around San Diego.

This past weekend, my family and I stayed at your resort, and it was the worst time we have ever had. Before I begin, the staff, the cooks, and the grounds keepers were all great, but the rooms at your resort need to be redone. When my family and I stepped into the first room, it smelled of mildew. I sprayed air freshener, we turned on the air conditioner, and we opened the doors, but nothing worked. We immediately went back to the check-out station and asked for another room. After setting foot in the new room, it, too, smelled of mildew. We had to check out of the resort and book a new reservation at another hotel in downtown San Diego. We were there for a conference for my wife's job, and some of her coworkers had to check out of your resort. A few of her coworkers had to go to the hospital because they had inhaled so much of the mildew in their rooms. I took a closer look at the air conditioning unit and noticed it was mildewed and rusted. I took pictures to show proof. You have to completely renovate this entire resort before something happens to one of your guests staying there.

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and everything was absolutely amazing. The grounds were well kept, the rooms were clean, the pool area was nice and well taken care of, and customer service was friendly. Would definitely come back.

The hotel is clean and the location is nice but the HIDDEN additional fees are 100$ per NIGHT and no breakfast or food included.

Nice San Diego beach resort with fun activities for everyone. Food options are limited and pricey. Choose your room wisely. Staff is super friendly. Pools are clean and lively or quiet depending on the location. Rooms are not quiet, walls are paper thin and AC unit is extremely loud. The floors are super dirty. We tried to tour the spa to check out the amenities but were not allowed, it looks really nice though. The grounds are beautiful and activities are endless if you have the time. We enjoyed s’mores on the beach watching the SeaWorld fireworks. It’s a huge resort so plan on walking a lot but there’s always a staff member close by to give you a ride if needed.
