Paradise point is in a great location in San Diego. However, they did not mention anything about a parking fee or a resort fee that would be charged after you checked out. The parking is around 45 dollars per night but it is in front of your room. They didnt allow late checkouts despite the hotel being slow and seeing the vast amount of empty rooms near our hotel room.
Very close to seaworld. Beautiful resort that you can walk around and find little nooks to sit and relax. Pools were great as there were 5 pools to choose from. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.
Very fun place to stay. Kids had a blast, nighttime beachside fires & smores. Food was good but expensive, Staff is incredibly hospitable & friendly. Lots of activities for everyone. 2026 update: Rooms are starting to show some age as ours had multiple broken and or not working items. To no fault of P.P. we had very loud neighbors (2am) the grounds seemed in need of some attention, overall a less than great stay but it's still hard to beat the atmosphere
Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. For $800 it was no different than a motel 6. Supposed to be a bay view but had no view. Broken items. Moldy smelling air conditioner. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Dirty faucet in kitchen. Terrible furniture. Terrible service. Had to change rooms off the bay to get a good night sleep. Absolutely awful. I don’t recommend this place at all. What a ripoff. I’m so annoyed. Booked over a year ago for a wedding but such a disaster of a hotel experience.
We would definitely recommend Paradise to anyone contemplating a stay in Mission Bay. The view was truly stunning!
