Hotel Erwin is highly recommended! Perfectly located on Venice Beach, with stylish rooms, a warm welcome, and a relaxed atmosphere. The rooftop terrace with an ocean view tops it all off. A special thank you to Teresita at reception: incredibly sweet, hospitable, and always willing to help. Also many thanks to Miguel, who gave us an even more beautiful room with a sea view. That made our stay extra special. We are incredibly happy and will definitely be back! 🌴🌊✨ Joanna & Raf
I booked the hotel for our family. Our flight from Europe was cancelled and our arrival time was shifted by one day. I asked early in the morning on the arrival date if we could rebook the room by one day due to the circumstances. No chance. The hotel will charge the full price.
Best hotel you could even imagine! Beautiful and cosy room, best sunset spot in LA, perfect location, rooftop, free breakfast. I loved it and will come back for sure!
Not really the greatest hotel to stay at. The pros: -location is amazing. Right in the beach and close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores -the room is clean and everything works fine. Bed is comfortable -the check inn and check out was quick The cons: -they charge a $40 USD resort fee for a hotel that is absolutely not a resort. No pool, no amenities, terrible elevator, and only a small coffee shop/ restaurant - they list as amenities the rooftop but if you try to get a drink or table they tell you is independent from the hotel and is impossible to get in - they offer complimentary continental breakfast which is extremely disappointing. Coffee, yogurt, muffins and a few fruits. That’s it, don’t expect even a toasted bread -the worst part is the elevator, there’s only one for 7 floors and guests share it with rooftop customers, which during weekends gets extremely crowded. We complained at the front desk and they offered us to take the stairs- for a room in the 6th floor - the rooms are clean but feel cheap Don’t stay here if you’re looking for a nice boutique hotel with great amenities and service. Stay if you only value location without expecting much
