I didn’t know this bar prohibited smoking, but instead of giving me a simple warning, one of the security guards came at me with an extremely rude attitude. He didn’t explain anything professionally — he just grabbed my drink and threw it straight into the trash. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. The way your staff treats customers is honestly worse than a 3-year-old child with no manners. Customers are the ones paying money and keeping your business alive, yet your employee acted completely uncivilized and disrespectful. And to the manager: you have a staff member treating customers with zero culture or professionalism. If you cannot properly train your employees on basic respect and customer service, then you are a failed manager. Rules are rules, but there is a way to talk to people like human beings. Definitely ruined the whole experience
