The level of service is impeccable at the AC HOTEL TEMPE / DOWNTOWN. It is my preferred choice due to the level of service, care, staff, cleanliness, location, feeling of safety, lake views, and dining options for drinks and tapas, including a delightful and unique breakfast experience. I have been staying here on business the past 4 years and every stay has been lovely. Ronnie specifically has excellent professional service, and it is nice to see the same recognizable face over the years. Chandler is a new face for me, and he also goes above and beyond in service and professionalism. There were a few rare mishaps during my most recent stay; however, with the level of care they bring and the rarity of mishaps - they remain a solid 10 and my hotel of choice.

Guy at the front desk was genuinely nice. A lot of times it feels like they're just chatting with you because they have to. The location is perfect for whatever you need to do in the area and made it easy for us to grab food when needed. Pool area is clean and big enough for a few groups. Nice views. Room was comfortable, always hate the trend of the sliding glass doors to the bathrooms now, just a personal preference though.
