Not for families. More suited for older children aged 21-28. Rooms super clean, service excellent other than room service walking in and upset that we had late checkout. They have raves at the pool area. So the thumpity thump of the dj and as it gets later the atmosphere gets worse for any family or person over 30. Your kids are not going in the pool. I met my husband who has been down with our oldest at City of Hope, so we had 2 cars. Valet was $400. It must be in the super small print along with the raves on the roof. Again super clean and friendly but we won't be back.

The Heavenly beds are divine. The service is too tier and the staff is very professional/personable. The rain shower is very relaxing and calming. The grounds are clean. I wish the valet parking was a little bit more affordable; currently over $45 per day.

This is a great, clean hotel with a boutique/spa hotel vibe. The rooms are spacious, with great showers and a nice, peaceful design. The views from the higher floor rooms and from the rooftop pool is great. The hotel's high-end feel could use a slightly higher level of service from the staff. They weren't bad, but more casual/informal than the place would suggest. The food was good, and the portions were good for dinner. They could even accommodate my gluten-free needs. The only drawback was the day-long pool party on Friday (ending at 7pm) attended mostly by college kids. Load music with a DJ. Hotel guests with children being turned away. It did not align with the feel of the place and rendered using the pool and rooftop deck unpleasant.

This hotel has a club on the 18th floor whose DJ thinks it is his job to shake the whole building until after midnight. In all my time staying at hotels. This has got to be the most ridiculous use of a rooftop for a hotel used on “wellness” that I’d ever seen.

For a Westin and their high standards this location missed the mark. The checking individual lacked attention to the detail of status. While then room in general was clean and nice, housekeeping missed a step with no bodywash in the shower. Only time will tell if they fix the miss steps. Not to mention all the construction starting at around 5 am in the area.
