Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU

The location is great! The service was good, however it is expensive to valet park your car. $39.00 is really ridiculous when you're already paying to stay in the hotel!

The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. However, there are no ameninities for the price. You have to pay extra for everything, which is ridiculous for the price you pay for the hotel itself. Parking isn't free, you have to pay for the valet each time you park. They don't inform you of this prior to booking. The front desk staff is rude and unaccomodating. The one woman acted like she did not want to be bothered when approached with simple questions. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and clean, but does not offer a lot for the price and dealing with the rude front desk staff is unpleasant.

My favorite hotel in the area. I always come here when I travel for work. The staff is super nice, it smells AMAZING, the cafe has the best muffins and other baked goods (if they have the m&m chocolate chip cookie then you must get it!) It’s right in the center of town, clean, pristine and the room service food/presentation are top-notch. I always get the burger and fries it’s delicious. Wedge salad is also yummy. It just makes me happy staying there always look forward to coming back!

Great location, nice new rooms. Attentive service. Nice lobby. Need more shade at the pool. Very uncomfortable unless you have a chair w/ mister. Zero free chairs available on weekend, half are rentals. If you join their membership, you get ONE free drink ticket. kind of cheap when we are paying $450 a night..

Great location in the heart of Arizona State University. The beds were extremely comfortable, the decor was stylish, and the staff was amazing. We had a small issue with the hot water, but Emily went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. The extra attention and care were truly appreciated. From the valet team to the front desk staff, every person we encountered exceeded expectations. We would absolutely stay here again.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Omni! Perfect location! Near the school campus, several restaurants around, Whole Foods was a quick walk away, the lake was also a walk away, and a great shopping plaza with plenty of stores. The staff, including valet staff, were amazing and very friendly. The hotel lobby smelled delightful. My room was very nice and comfortable. Oh, and the views 💕. I will definitely be back.
