Clean friendly staff. Check in was ready and it's quiet. And the room rates are reasonable

Front desk lady was extremely nice and very helpful, room service was absolutely trashed had hair and remnants of previous person staying, also got a queen but was downgraded to a full with a dog and 2 adults. This place is for people who live here not visit

Good place to stay, good location, very good service

Horrible experience here! We had an after hours check-in and the front office was locked, so we could not get in touch with anyone. We tried calling the number listed by their "after hour telephone" for 15 minutes with no answer. I finally dialed the number on their website and connected to someone and they personally called the hotel to have someone meet us at the front desk. The rooms were filthy. The walls are stained with dirt and grime. Their was hair in our sink as soon as we entered the room. We should have left then but we were exhausted after having worked all day and having to stay in Topeka another night. The following morning, we tried to check out and return the keys to the front office and ONCE AGAIN it was closed and locked. We left without returning their room key. I begin itching the following morning and low and behold, I am covered in beg-bug bites! So is my sister, who also stayed in that room! This is the first time that either of us has ever had to experience bed bugs and it has not been fun! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! It's cheap for a reason. I regret that I have to give any stars because it isn't even worth ONE STAR!

Oscar was beyond accommodating, and we are so so thankful for his help with getting us a room late night during our auto repairs

I had just an amazing nights stay. The front desk staff AM/PM were professional and kind. Not only was the price right, but the overall experience was exemplar. I entered in the side of the building which was well lit. My room was remodeled with new linens and was fresh and clean fron the kitchenette to the bathroom. 5 Stars indeed!! I’ll be back and will make Woodsprings Suites my first search in future travels! Thank you WS in Topeka, KS you guys were wonderful!!!

Absolutely disgusting room. The photos speak for themselves. I I wanted to leave but had just driven 10 hours and had another 10 hour day driving. I've stayed at other WoodSpring Locations and this was not the norm. I wouldn't have minded the outdated facilities, furniture etc but the place was filthy and the people across the hall were clearly smoking and no one cared. I emailed management and got a "Thanks we'll try to do better" . I even followed up with the photos and got no response. Its clear the lack of care goes all the way to the top.

The Staff and Housekeeping are one of the main reasons I stay at the Woodspring Suites every weekend in-between work sites.
