I feel near the bush at BBQ area there are a lot of ticks. Make sure you bring a tick remover.

Room is minimalistic but has everything you need for relaxing stay. Situated right on the bay with only a two lane road between our room and the bay. Gorgeous! The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast cereal, yogurt, fruit and muffins.

We had an amazing time! Room was very clean, the property had great amenities and the staff was super nice. We had a little difficulty turning the shower off and on. Next time we come to Ptown we will stay here. Thanks a lot for an unforgettable experience. The views of the beach from our room were breathtaking.

Had an amazing time staying here as our first time to Cape Cod. The room was very clean, the loungers outside and view was very relaxing and just a short walk across the street to get to the water. The location was great and a short drive to town center. The staff is very helpful and super friendly! Would absolutely come back!
