Studio 6 Tucson, AZ - Irvington Road

We can check in with awesome staff was very helpful. Their customer service went above and beyond. Unfortunately weekday staff wasn't so helpful and needed a little brushing up on customer service. Overall my room was clean quiet. If I ever stayed again it would definitely be during the weekend.

Me and my girlfriend went and checked in and within 15 minutes we seen a bunch of bugs and there were bed bugs in the bed and the floor we went to find someone to tell in the lobby but it was locked up we had to find someone that knew where the employees were at and they said that they seen cockroaches in their room as well. they said that they would give us a refund we contacted Expedia and they tried to call the hotel and we literally watched the lady in the lobby ignore the phone on purpose and so I walked in there and told them that they were calling they were so rude to us when we asked them to answer the call from Expedia and she said they didn’t see any bugs worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at I would give it zero stars if I could. ANYONE THINKING ABOUT STAYING HERE DO NOT!!!!!

It was quite difficult through construction and going in industrial areas it was also dark on the road

Decent hotel for the price. I'm not sure why so many other reviews say they have issues with staff. We have been staying almost 2 months and haven't had any issues with them. They always have done their best for accommodations and conversations have always been pleasant. This has been a good experience. I will definitely recommend this place.

Just awful stayed in room #231 the a/c broke down reported it to the office next morning still no one showed up to fix this we are going on the second day soon its 10:30 pm may 14,2026 another night of no coolness in room 2nd complaint there is roaches we bought 2 cans and did our own spraying the stove has a broken knob for one of the burners on the stove had to hunt down housekeepers to get supply like toilet paper ,more towels and sheets .the service was terrible not making this up .the staff not friendly and some don't speak any English in housekeeping .I recommend to anyone do not go rent a room there you will be disappointed.

Me and my husband been staying here for about 5 weeks and must say staffing have been very pleasant and answered every question at our stay plus our room is our perfect fit for our needs our room was clean when we arrived and plus housekeeping always attentive in what our needs

I really have enjoyed being here at studio 6 the staff and the manager have all been really great to us we've had no issues for the year and a half that we've been here Melanie is a very good manager and she's always been there for us anytime we needed help assistance or just somebody to talk to I would definitely rate this a great place to stay thank you
