The Kennedy Hotel - SureStay Collection by Best Western

Used to be kind of a rough area with all sorts of things going on, but surroundings have been upgraded, and area has been cleaned up very nicely. Kitchenettes are so far from any expectation I had, and in the best way possible way. Such a great surprise to walk into room and just FEEL comfort.

Me and the fam have had a nice stay here. The free arcade is fun, the playground is nice, the breakfast was yummy, and the bed was comfy.

I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. I paid for a 4-night stay, but after only about 2 hours in my room, hotel staff suddenly demanded that I leave the property at 2:00 AM. I was given only 10 minutes to gather my belongings and get out, in the middle of the night, with no reasonable accommodation or concern for my safety. Not only was I denied the stay I paid for, but I was also treated with complete disrespect. Being forced out at 2:00 AM with virtually no notice is unacceptable customer service and extremely unprofessional. I paid for four nights and received only a couple of hours before being removed. I feel that my money was taken without receiving the services I paid for. The entire experience was stressful, humiliating, and unfair. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here. Based on my experience, customer service, professionalism, and respect for paying guests are seriously lacking.

Everything was very good, I would just like the checkout time to be until 12 and for the breakfast to have more protein. I really liked the Arcade area.

Quaint hotel in the middle of Tucson, right off the freeway. Kid friendly, with not only a pool, but yard games by the pool, big toys outside, and a mini arcade that's free to play!

Great place. Staff was amazing. Great breakfast bar, pool,. Clean room. Gated and safe. Kids play area, corn hole. Will only stay here while in Tucson from now on. Very impressed .. And affordable.

We arrived with some doubts about the hotel, but the staff were very helpful and explained all the facilities. The pool was at a perfect temperature, and the palm trees were decorated with lights. I appreciated the arcade-style games in the laundry area, which were a nice way to pass the time while your clothes were being washed. The breakfast was very complete. The rooms were spacious and had kitchenettes. I also liked that the parking area and the entire property were fenced, making it difficult for outsiders to wander around.

Very nice hotel, comfortable with a pool and the rooms were super comfortable, with a microwave and refrigerator. I loved it.

Our family stayed for 4 nights without any issues. Great rooms, staff, and amenities. We will be staying here again when we are in Tucson.
