Expo Inn

Here we are at 0122 and wide awake!!! My wife and I were dead asleep at almost midnight and someone come busting in our room!!! Thank god we had the secondary lock engaged or they would have busted right in!! Then to get a call on the phone that they had no one in this room, so now I have to go out and he had to change us on the computer? And let me mention we have to be up at 4 am!! This started when, Daniel , the fella who checked us in at 6:30 pm or so. He put us in room 102 . After 3 unsuccessful key programs and he couldn’t get us in. He moved us to room 114. Then we get busted into at almost midnight. Busted out of bed and ran to the door trying to figure out what the hell is going on!! Then the phone call 30 minutes later and had to get up and go out to front desk. To find out Daniel never changed out room. Did I mention we had to be up at 4am? So then I figured I better go check my vehicle. On my way out the south door, this fella came busting out of the stairwell door and out the south door in front of me. There is some lady on a bicycle sitting in front of my truck. He goes up to her and does something, she rides off, then he comes back in the motel. I look to the east and there’s someone with a broke down wagon sitting by the fence. I assumed was a homeless. Then some lady in sunglasses at 1 am gets dropped off by an Uber I’m assuming. She goes down to the fella with the wagon and brings him in the motel while arguing the whole time. Then the fella that met the lady on the bike comes back down with some other women and takes off walking down the road. Now here I am wide awake at 1:35 am and worried about what kind of place you all are running around here. Is my vehicles safe? I did let the fella at the desk know that nothing better happen to my vehicle with all these shady people running around here in the middle of the night! He advise me to move it ? I did move my vehicle cause obviously this is an ongoing problem and he didn’t want to answer to something happening to my vehicle. I will be leaving a bad review and I appreciate the no sleep I got for my $100. I have paid Les than $70 out the door at other motels here in Tulsa and never worried about anything. This place is shady and you can bet we will not be back! We come to horse shows quiet often here at the expo and that’s why we stayed here. Thought it would have been convenient. Should have known after reading some of the reviews. What a disaster! I will post this conversation on your review, so be looking for it! We stayed two or three nights the rates were the best in town the room was quiet and clean and they had breakfast every morning it was nice 👍

The room has a policy for housekeeping on demand. Our room was disgustingly dirty. A white substance that continued to grow over the two days. It’s possible it was from the popcorn ceiling. Food and candy behind end tables, at front door entry to our room, and under the heat and ac unit. Save your shower until you get home. They need major housekeeping and upgrades in the rooms. I emailed the manager Sunday and no response as of late today.

Stay anywhere but here. I sat on the bed for 2 mins, and had a bed bugs crawling on me. I contacted the health department, as this seems it isn't the first time.

GM is wonderful. Rooms were clean. Location is phenomenal if your going to an event at the expo. Felt right at home and Im already booked for next year. Highly recommended 👌

Filthy, nasty, smelly, you’ll be better off staying at a motel 6 for $20 and i bet it will be cleaner the room had the past guests trash and hairs

Great location for attending things at the Expo Center. Room was clean as was the hotel.

Never cleaned our room on a 7 night stay. Fan in bathroom didn't work. Key stopped working after 3 or 4 days had to get it reprogrammed.

The staff dms room were fine it's the fact they are working on this hotel and they work weekends as well. Was very upset over all the noise for the entire stay. Paper thin walls. No sleeping
