We had a reservation for a two bed, and they gave it away and didn’t have a room for us when we got there. He was extremely rude, and when we tried to ask questions he would raise his voice for no reason. Dirty lobby, awful parking lot, garbage everywhere, homeless people everywhere and awful customer service. Save yourself the time and don’t go here. Spend the extra money to get a nicer hotel.
If I could give negative stars I would! Room was clean but my whole family woke up with bugs in our hair! They promise to give the deposit back ($50 mind you) but when you ask for it back they tell you a week, which turns into another week, etc. Asked for a refund but they refused to give it. Extremely poor customer service and customer care. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU BASICALLY GET ROBBED!
Roaches roaches roaches .. black mold everywhere, street walkers, unsafe , and there was a smell in the rooms that reminded me of death.
Nice and friendly
Awesome stay!
