Run down, and service was not amazing when we needed a simple bit of help.

This is our go to in Birmingham. Great staff.

I would never stay at this hotel again. This place is a zoo. This place feels like a Chuck E Cheese for teens. Kids running around in all the general areas and every floor, even knocking on ours. None of the staff seem willing to do anything. The floors and even elevators are soaking wet from kids not drying off from the indoor pool, yet staff is not mopping up anything. Do not book this place if you need to get any work done or any sleep. Absolutely awful.

We were in room 817 (I think). Bathroom door didn’t stay closed because the faceplate barely had one screw. I had to work it myself so we could close the door. Shower head was also broke and sprayed everywhere. Now the positive. We slept well, staff was great, and the reception & breakfast were decent. I took a photo of the bathroom door faceplate because that was a new one for me.

The customer service here isn't the best some type of training could be used... Also don't have your guests waiting at the front desk before coming to the desk. Rooms look okay carpets look old inside of hotel could use a remodel... Alot of loud guests running or being loud adults also. Otherwise great stay I just like the customer ser6I received it's like they didn't want to assist

Seems like the staff here are always bothered and in poor spirits and it makes me feel unwanted and uncomfortable staying here. Im usually not picky but i just had to share this experience because for what you pay to stay here you would expect a better attitude from the hotel staff.

Embassy Suites is my preferred hotel because I always know what to expect and they have good pillows! Location was great for coming from airport and heading to area cities like Tuscaloosa or Sylacauga.
