What a turnaround. Regular rooms? View of parking deck. Suites? View. 500 square feet of lovely.

I like the room; it's pleasant, although I prefer brighter lighting. I feel like it's lacking. The room cleaning service left much to be desired. They cleaned the first day, but not the next two. And they never came back.

First time in Birmingham Alabama and let me say our stay at this cute little Boutique Hotel was nothing short then Spectacular. The service was Amazing. From the time we pulled up to the hotel, until we said our goodbyes. The staff were very informative on things to do and places to eat. Their personable demeanor and the hospitality was off the charts. We shared many laughs and conversation with the staff alone. Everyone from Valet to Housekeeping was definitely one to remember. In town for a concert and we didn't leave without exchanging social media information and phone numbers (because we will be back). Special shot out to Ms Ro( housekeeping supervisor) and also the young men who worked Valet. When I tell you they showed UP!!! I mean just that!!! In the world we live in today, WE ALL NEED TO BE REMINDED ON HOW MUCH WE ARE APPRECIATED! My wife and I were very happy to have found a hotel with so many friendly people. I would definitely recommend this hotel over and over again! Thank you so much to ALL the staff that made our stay one too remember. We will definitely visit again!!!

This is a cute boutique hotel in a central location. The staff took care of me and my wife from the time we walked through the door. A special thank you to Miss Ro who made sure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality is top notch!!! The ladies at the desk were very helpful and the valet driver's!! 5 star across the board

Zero amenities, no fridge, microwave or pool

Room was nice, but next to the elevator. Desk clerk said we could have another room, but the said no others were clean (at 5:00 pm on a Wednesday?). Had to have dinner at the bar because the dining area was closed at 5:30 on a Wednesday.Thursday morning went to breakfast. The dining area was open, sign said seat yourself so we did. Waited 10 minutes, no service. Went to front desk to ask, desk clerk was less than interested in helping. Asked the housekeeper on our floor for additional two towels, was told I had to go to the front desk to request them. No ice machines on the floors ( our room was on the 11th), was told we had to get ice from the restaurant. Checked out after one night of a planned 5 night stay because of poor service. When I checked out the desk clerk didn’t ask why, plus it took two days after checking out to get a refund which likely wouldn’t have occurred had I not called Hilton. I do not recommend this hotel. We moved to a Hampton Inn for the rest of our planned visit.

We stayed here for an event at Protective Stadium. The location was great for what we needed, close to stadium, restaurants, etc. BUT, the best part of the hotel was the valet staff/service. For $600 + for 2 nights, I'd expect an elevator that actually works and doesn't take forever plus out of 3 there was only 1 that worked. We overheard many other guests expressing the same concern. Also, no small refrigerators in the rooms? where are we to keep water, food, etc if needed? We called the front desk and they said "well we sell refrigerators"? huh. And overheard another guest say they had one in their room but it wasn't even plugged in. The cleaning done after our first night was sloppy, the bed was half made, our dirty towels were not removed and there was hair (that was not ours) left in the sink. Overall, will not be coming back, I could pay a lot less for a better experience regardless of location. but the valet service, 5 stars!!

Room was lacking a mini fridge or ice on the floor, so plan on going to main floor. Elevators are slow though, making the trip for ice painful. Public parking is a few blocks away, not bad but may want to consider valet but factor the cost into your trip. Also only had a partial roll of toilet paper in the room. Luckily finished up in final piece.

This was the worst Hotel we have ever booked. It was for a1-night stay at The Kelly Birmingham, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for March 4th to the 5th, 2026 using Airline points. Unfortunately, the property was in such poor condition that we felt we had no choice but to leave. From the time we entered the hotel, the lobby appeared dirty. The furniture as you entered the front door of the hotel lobby appeared dirty. The furniture was worn and torn and the floors did not look clean at the front desk. When we entered our room which about 2 feet off the elevator, the situation was worse. The bed linens were extremely wrinkled and did not appear freshly changed. The room overall looked poorly cleaned and maintained. What concerned us most was that there were tan-colored bugs on the window sills and on the bathroom curtains. Because of this, we immediately became worried about possible bedbugs. We reported the issue to the front desk. They offered another room, but given the condition of the hotel overall, we did not feel comfortable staying. We left and found accommodations elsewhere. The lack of assistance afterwards made it even more frustrating. Because it was booked thru a partner site, the hotel refused to help resolve the issue and we were still charged. Cleanliness and guest service were both very disappointing during our attempted stay. We strongly recommend looking elsewhere when visiting Birmingham AL.

Staff was really nice. Very attentive and just engaged into making our stay the best. I've traveled all over and this was some of the best staff ever!! Seriously I can't say enough good things. Thanks to everyone at the Kelley!! ❤️❤️❤️
